Canada Goose Banff

Had exceptional service by JC, he was personable, friendly and never pressured us and allowed us to take our time picking out a coat. Can’t say anything more wonderful about the staff at this location. Manager is awesome, she remembers us each time we walk in and makes us feel like friends.
Coats are amazing, my husband and I have purchased a few coats at this location. We travel all the way from Winnipeg, and only shop at this location because the staff is phenomenal!

Picked up a Wyndham parka with help from Sarah C who did an excellent job in helping me find the jacket with the configuration that I wanted. Also allowed my friend and I to try out the ice room which was nice.

AJ helped me out and she was so educated on all the products, very patient and extremely kind!

Britney was amazing. Very kind and showed me options. Knowledgeable too about the materials. Great place in Banff

The clerk, Mr. Chen, can speak Chinese and has a good service attitude. He helped me choose a down vest that suits me and gave me a good shopping experience.

Cruel and inhumane. This store has no place in a national park, all staff, customers, and anyone involved in placing it here should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a wonderful experience with Canada Goose at Cascade Banff. The staffs were amazing especially Oksana. She really gave me apersonal attention to make sure that I choose the right parka that I want. She is very knowledgeable with the products and explained well its features. She really went above and beyond and I'm very grateful to her.

Always wanted a CG coat but never found one in my size. Finding a dedicated store, and a very helpful salesperson in oksana made this a very pleasant experience

Just wanted to share with the world that my husband & I stopped into the store in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
We started out window shopping but with the help of Matthew, his knowledge & personality drew us in. He was so impressive with his knowledge about the products & spent a lot of time explaining all the differences about each coat to us. So if you would like the experience of dealing with a very knowledgeable person about Canada Goose, Matt is the guy to see. So happy with my purchase

A very pleasant and helpful shopping experience. The woman that helped me can't remember her name I think Lisa. Would definitely recommend shopping here over Calgary better selection and friendlier service.

I have to say this is by far the best Canada Goose store I have visited. I'm visiting from Toronto, and I just have to give a big thank you to Hillary Greco for the amazing experience here. If you have a chance to pop by, I highly recommend her. She took care of my friends and made sure we were welcomed.

We had a terrible experience at CF Chinook Centre location the day before.

I am so thankful for our time with Hillary. Next time we visit Banff, I have to grab my next coat through you!

The BEST Canada Goose store in Canada with more variety in style & size. We added two black labels to our CG collect because in store fitting with sales assistance here made us a spontaneous consumer. Be sure to visit even just for an update of CG latest wears & accessories.

The tall white man with glasses helped us, (never got his name) but with his help: the experience was great for me and my family.greatly appreciated his help, 10/10 would come back.

I would rate zero stars if I could. This store has absolutely no business being in a national park. Ironic how it's located on the corner of Wolf St.

Didn't have exactly what I wanted but was impressed with the staff and thier willingness to help.

This store is located in the middle of downtown Banff at Cascade Shops right at the corner of Banff Avenue & Wolf Street. It's equipped with very cool "Cold Room". Finding parking was easy. There's a heated parkade directly connected to Cascade Shops via Marten Street. If there's any place in the world to buy a Canada goose jacket it's in ice cold Banff, Alberta. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

Canada Goose makes great products and I’ve always been happy with my purchases, so I was excited to make a visit to their newly opened Banff location. BUT I was very disappointed with my experience there. Not only were my family and I treated like criminals, I was also shadowed by a worker so closely she almost bumped into me multiple times until I left the store.

I get that theft is an issue in high end stores like this but don’t hassle paying customers.
