The other day I visited the
Chinook Centre location. Staff member Renee was able to assist me in finding the perfect Spring piece.
I can’t wait to see to wear my new Canada Goode Jacket!

Their warranty is a joke. I was told by the store that discolouration and fading of my jacket is under the warranty. I sent the jacket in for fixing in November, they lost the jacket and after so many phone calls, finally they found the jacket in February. Now they say colour fade is not covered. Waste of time and so much headache

We dropped into the store and loved it.the staff were super helpful and friendly, they had some amazing coats and of course we walked out with one (another one). My only regret was trying on the Citadel in Navy and being stupid enough NOT to buy it! Thank you very much indeed folks for your time and assistance. You were all a real credit to the brand and the chap (whose name I did not get) who was helping me, the BEST!

I went to Canada Goose to make my first purchase and my SA was so lovely and helpful. Shout out to Britney for making the shopping experience at this store so amazing! You went above and beyond the level of service I expected to receive.

After purchasing a number of jackets, I can honestly be objective in my review of Canada Goose. There are a lot of options, and the styles are versatile to the season which is great. What is NOT great is the service and warranty that use to be great, now is less than mediocure. My last jacket an Ellison which my husband purchased for me for my birthday Oct 1,2022 was delivered to our home with the buttons missing, never installed. I called Chinook only to be told I would have to email the warranty division.last time this was the process (Dec 2021), I was told by the warranty phone center, it would take Canada goose 3 months to repair a zipper. (due to COVID) I decided not to send it in because 3 months was not an acceptable time to be without my winter coat. NOW.on a brand new jacket, they want me to pay to send the jacket back and pay to have it cleaned. Seriously, Canada goose service is unacceptable and unsatisfactory! When a customer spends $1,000.00 on a casual jacket, the expectation is the manufacturer should stand behind their product!
Get it together Canada Goose!

Awesome experience! I went with my wife and we were unsure what jackets to get. The staff took their time going through the different options and features and helped us get the right ones for the whole fam along with some accessories. According to my wife, the boots are “so cute” lol

There is an older Chinese-speaking waitress with an outrageous attitude. Why is she arrogant about selling clothes? It’s as if I can’t afford it. You obviously have a small size dress for me to try on, but you say you’ve already sold it (that small size dress is just being tried on by other customers, why do you say it’s sold? ?) Just for your employees to save trouble? Let's train those Chinese-speaking employees attitudes please, especially that old woman.

I walked in today an one of the associates at the front (some guy) was standing at the door. We made contact and he didn't even acknowledge my family and I walking in, but instead had the biggest frown on his face. As soon as I walked in, I started to feel uncomfortable because I felt like I wasn't "dressed" well to be welcomed or helped. It's weird how these employees in a HIGH END STORE can't even bother to try and help us find anything. The service used to be good (about 3 years ago) but I think things changed here.

I went today to this store, to return a jacket that I bought online. I did not payed with PayPal nor with Klarna. On the website states that if you payed with either of those 2 method of payments, you cannot return in-store but you have to shipped by mail. Anyways, I went to the store today and I was greeted by someone and she asked me 8f I needed help and I said to her that I wanted to return the jacket. She didn't ask why, all she asked was if I had the receipt and I said I have an email confirmation, since I didn't even open the box to see if it had a receipt. And she said to me that I had to ship it, so I told her that I didn't pay with PayPal or Klarna and that I had the original method of payment, so without saying anything she left to the the back for like it felt 10 minutes and another lady came back with a printed shipping label been rude telling me that I had no choice but to ship it so I show her the return policy and she told me that, they haven't updated the website and all this nonsense, so I told her that I didn't mind the wait but they have to respect their own policy. So I left with a picture of an shipping label and very embarrassed by the way I was treated. It almost felt like I was treated with discrimination, since I didn't look like the rest of the costumers that were in there. Very shameful the way they treat some type of people on this "prestigious" mall store.

I would like to say thank you to the lovely lady, Renee (I think). She was very accommodating in helping me and my wife find gifts for my in laws back in China. She was knowledgeable and attentive. The other staff members we very kind and acknowledged us as well. We felt very relaxed in this store and no pressure was made to buy. We were very surprised to hear that they do not make commission here. That's how you know it's authentic. I've read the other reviews on here and it seems like people were in a different store. Our experience however, was great and we will be spreading the word. 10/10 for us.

One of the worst customer service I experienced… The Jackets are expensive here that’s why the associate named Sanad thinks I can’t afford to buy it! I also asked if they have a new stock of the jacket I bought he just step to the back and in 2 secs he came back and told me it’s the last one. (Did he even look?) If you don’t like your job and your tired of it just quit.

The sales associate, Tiffany, was incredibly rude and belittling. She barely acknowledged me and was speaking down to me. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s older, but I expect the same respect that I’m giving even if I’m younger. It wasn’t busy at all in the store and it took me having ask for help because she just stood there staring. I was so uncomfortable with the help I received from TIFFANY that I had to leave and ordered online instead. I will never step foot in that store again and will be complaining to corporate because I know others have had similar experience and I bet it was with the same sales associate Tiffany. Get better employees that will actually do their job

Wanted to go browse for a possible addition to my Canada goose collection after 4 steps into the store either someone had WAY too much perfume on, or the store has a scent to it now that is absolutely unbearable! My last visit never had such a stench where you can actually take your time and view/try product but the scent alone in the store made me turn around and walkout to look at Harry Rosen for goose jackets.

Uncomfortable experience.
I went there to find a long down jacket. 1st shop clerk was nice, efficient and informative. I asked for some time to think by myself and she left me with smile. Then another clerk found me alone and came to me in a minute. She said to me “May I help you? ” and I replied “No thank you. ” However, I don’t know why but she never leaves me. I was thinking which of 2 jackets I should buy and put on and off, checked how I looked in the mirror. The clerk just stood by me and stared me every single move. She seldom talked, was starting at me, and at the moment I let my hands off from one jacket, she took it and put it back in a rack. So terrible behavior she did to me and I felt uncomfortable and left. I will never visit there again.

This company's customer service is non-existent. The staff in this store are semi-knowledgable on the product but thats the only positive I have to say. Read on for shock and awe:

Ordered a coat in store for my wife's upcoming trip, was told it would be delivered in 2 days (and leaving in 4). No e-mail confirmation, multiple calls to the store and their horrendous "brand ambassadors", and not a single person could find the coat. Promised calls back on 4 occasions from both the store and brand ambassadors/supervisor which never came. Blatantly lied to on almost every single interaction and still not a single person who promised me a phone follow up has given me that courtesy. The coat showed up 5 days after we left (and had to purchase a replacement in the meantime), spent 4+ hours talking to their brand ambassadors (who love to cut their customers off and talk over them), and had to inconvenience my neighbour to go sit at my house waiting for the UPS driver on Wednesday morning to accept the package (signature required). Maybe they hoped I would just go away after they got my money as many would, without even an offer from the company to make this situation right.

I am continually shocked that people pay for a "brand" that prides themselves on quality but have missed the mark on almost every possible opportunity over the last 3 years of being a client.

Never again will I purchase anything from this brand and will do everything in my power to save others the abuse and stress I have had to endure.over a coat. Talk about first world problems but this company is a joke. Happy to discuss this further with management but at this point it will be very difficult to change my perception of this company.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

We had ordered a vest online and needed an exchange when it arrived (late, for that matter. Despite having paid extra for the quickest alternative). The online reps were unhelpful and uninterested. I never did get a call back like promised. This led me to head to the store and although the exact size and style was not available, Jasmine, I believe it was, immediately helped us process the exchange and had the replacement shipped to our door. Everything arrived by the third business day, no problems whatsoever. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service everytime I've walked in because I don't look like a person who'd buy a jacket. No one comes up to ask if I needed help, poor directions for line up and store never has any stock on hand. Store associates always force you to shop online at which point, why would I come into the store. Would much rather buy online.

Visit yesterday on Nov 26 2022

All of their staffs were friendly and willing to assist once we walked in the store.

The asian lady helping us was so nice and patience in helping us find the right jacket.

Very happy with our purchase and extremely impressed with their good service
