I ordered a vest over a month ago, was lied to continuously by staff about the item being shipped out, contacted ups they never received it. Sent 11 emails 2 where answered and had 3 phone calls in which 2 I was hung up on. Spoke to someone 4 days ago said she would look into the situation never heard back. Still no vest, still no refund! Im absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer care and service provided by this “high end” company, pretty sad when Amazon has better communication over a 6$ item then spending a couple bills on a vest to get nothing but a run around. Disgusting!

Bought a Jacket from Canada Goose. Sent it out to get cleaned via the warranty line. Canada Goose sent it back to me damaged and have now been saying that it is normal wear and tear. Jacket is only 1 year old with white markings all over it. Their claim of life time warranty is garbage.if your looking for a good winter jacket.don't waste your money on Canada Goose.

My husband and I wanted to extend our sincerest gratitude for the wonderful shopping experience we had while purchasing items from Canada Goose. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Kristopher Sarino for his exceptional service. Kristopher was beyond knowledgeable about the brand's products and took the time to really understand our needs as customers. He offered us some great recommendations and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We truly appreciate his patience and willingness to help.

Overall, we're extremely satisfied with our new Canada Goose items and the level of customer service we received. We'll definitely be recommending the brand to our friends and family, and we'll be sure to come back to Kristopher for our future purchases.

At 7: 30 I approached the store and was stopped at the front door. Apparently they have to page and employ to walk with you within the small store. I asked the lady why we need somebody to walk with us in order to enter the store, He said it's to ensure a good client experience that you're stopping a prospect from entering the store because an employee is unavailable. I'm assuming that they must have had a lot of theft hence they need an employee escort.

The question then is do they treat every customer with suspicion OR was I being profiled because of my skin color? ‍️‍️

Horrible customer service. I asked a few very simple questions about fabric materials and intended weather, and the staff looked at me like I was asking a complicated engineering questions. Every answer began with "I think.umm maybe. ". For $1,000 and above, you'd think that the management would insist on training sales staff to actually sell the product, which ultimately involves knowing the product. I've been here a few times and this hasn't been an isolated incident. Judging by the long list of poor reviews many others feel this way.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but after my experience today, I felt like it was necessary to address these concerns as others could face the same issue down the road. My brother purchased a jacket from this store a few days ago but later decided to return the coat based on online reviews with how the velcro can deteriorate the fabric on the cuffs. With the return policy in mind, my brother kept the coat in the bag it came in to ensure there was no wear or damage to the item. When we came in to return his jacket, the staff inspected the coat as they were trained to do. We were just waiting around looking at other items in the store when the manager came out to tell us she can not take the jacket back. Instead, she accused my brother of wearing the coat outside. The manager started to point out areas of this so called “wear” all over the jacket like as if we took it out for a spin around the block. Shocked with the accusations, my brother explained to her that the jacket was untouched since the purchase date other than when he initially tried it on at the store. I told the manager that if she is finding these so called “wear” marks, then why was he sold this coat when we specifically asked the employee for a new, unworn jacket. It did not seem right to treat someone with such accusations because we were doing a return based on a policy that we had followed. My brother told the manager that he has a camera in his garage that will show his coat did not leave his vehicle since it was purchased, and that he will provide her with video evidence if that is what’s needed to get his refund. The manager declined and still said the refund will not happen. My brother then told her that he will contact someone higher up and provide the video evidence if he needs to escalate this to prove he had not worn the coat. It seems that the manager was worried of falsely accusing him and finally said she would do a one time exception of a refund, acting as though she was doing us a favour. When looking at the return receipt, she labeled the jacket as “defective” to cover her fake claims when clearly WE were sold a defective, used jacket. The employees make it very easy to buy from them but once it comes to a return, the manager will throw any excuse out there to keep your money. This sales technique is very dirty and not morally right. I am very glad I purchased my Canada Goose jacket online and not at this store because after this experience today, I do not want to come back. What was supposed to be a simple interaction today has made me lose trust that any future purchases may lead to the same situation. Why have a return policy if you’re not going to abide by it? The manager should be providing the best customer service experience and instead she made me realize that there are very deceitful people out there taking advantage of good customers.

I bought a jacket for my daughter listing a year ago from the store, when I bought it, the sales person told me that the coat has warranty, they never mentioned that the store does not deal with it, and you have to contact the warranty center by yourself, the zipper got malfunctioned recently, so I went to the store to get it fixed, upon arrival, I talked to the one of the sales person’s who, right away stated that the store does not deal with warranty, she told me that for the zipper to be repaired it take about two months, so I invested about $700 in a coat that that got malfunctioned and less than a year and now, my daughter supposedly either have to suffer the cold weather for two months if not more or I’ll have to buy a new coat for her.

So before you invest in Canada goose goat make sure that you’re ready to suffer through the cold weather when your coat getting repaired through the winter.

Again, this was a very bad investment and I am not going to buy anything from Canada goose moving forward.

Terrible experience the stuff didn’t know their product well and the mistakingly recommended the Parka before I purchased the OvO Banff Parka and then they refuse to do refund or anything to cover their mistakes

First of all, go in and ask for Kaleb. Never met someone so happy, honest and genuine. Did not push sales on us or anything like that. Truly was down to listen and take the time to get what we wanted. Did not have a great experience last time at all, felt looked down upon. Kaleb managed to change my mind about the store, definitely coming back here. Me and my brother cannot agree more, not enough stars for Kaleb lol

Went in to get a jacket today, There was a new employee and I couldnt catch her name but she was excellent in her service and super kind. If I knew her name I would recommend everyone to get aid from her when shopping in store. Thanks again. Will be back soon.

I was the customer who was told to step aside so Danny “could help more important customers. ” I had the worst experience with Danny the assistant manger.

He treated me with no respect. He didn’t even look at me and was being extremely dismissive.

All I wanted was a size exchange for my jacket from small to medium. My jacket was still new, I purchased it less then 2 weeks. It was never worn or washed and the tag was still attached.

Being a young black Muslim women was the only reason I was refused the exchange. I got the jacket with a friend of mine at the time and she exchanged hers with no problem couple days before I went. (She doesn’t not wear a head scarf like me)

I left crying on Saturday. That was the most humiliating experiencing i have encountered. The next day my friend and her mother (both white female) went to go and attempt to exchange my jacket while I waited outside the store. They got my jacket exchange to a medium with NO problem. It all took less than 5 mins.

How was I refused the exchange for something I bought but my friend and her mother go and get it done within 5 mins. I am emotional distressed about this experience. I will never step a foot in that store again. I confronted Danny the same day and made him feel the same way he made me feel.

I believe the Cassie person is a FAKE account. How would they say the jacket is dirty and used when Danny or I never said any of those things. And if my jacket was dirty how did my friend get it exchange in 5 mins. This is the worst thing I have experienced in my life. I am disappointed and I want action to be taken. If you don’t support all your customers then Canada Goose is not the brand for me.

Cruel and unethical business, I am disgusted every time I walk past it. If I could give 0 stars I would. They refuse to ditch fur/dawn because that would bring the prices down, they don't care about the animals.

I had an amazing experience at Canada Goose and it was a Saturday so the store was extremely busy however I still received the help I needed by "Caleb" and was able to find the perfect jacket for my mother-in-law. Funny, because I was actually behind the customer in line who was apparently told to "step aside, while I help the more important customers" and what I heard was "do you mind stepping aside while you call customer service so I can help these guests check out? "

Nadia Fatah must be a fake account or delusional. What I overheard was this customer was attempting to return a dirty used Canada Goose jacket and was told no which is disgusting especially during COVID-19 season so I'm glad they didn't accept it. My only suggestion is that they should have less people at the back as they were not properly socially distancing but otherwise, thank you for helping me find a jacket for my super picky mother-in-law!

Went there once and didn’t get any help at all, surprisingly nobody came to us in the beginning. We were with our baby son and I wanted to take him into the “cold room”, and one salesman came told us there’s nothing special inside there and it is just like outside when it is winter. He didn’t even let me take the sample down to try on my son. It wasn’t even a busy day, all the salesperson were just standing there on the floor. The whole experience was like a insult.

Today we had an excellent experience with Marvin, and came away with superb-quality his-and-hers jackets we both love. Marvin's knowledge of the product and brand history, combined with honest recommendations and a great deal of patience and enthusiasm while I tried on several jackets makes this store as easy to recommend as the product itself.

I went in this store to potentially buy a winter jacket, myself and my husband walk in and noticed all the staff were either on their phones or talking amongst themselves, we looked around for 5 minutes before we were approached to see if we needed help told the young girl what I was looking for and what size I needed and then she leaves me to fend for myself. Absolutely no customer service at all didn’t explain to me about the product or what Canada goose was all about my first time looking to buy a expensive jacket! Needless to say Mooseknuckle got my money and maybe the staff should learn some customer service from them. Sorry but not sorry!

Canada Goose jackets are of great quality and fit. I wanted a warm jacket that’s light and provides a good range of movement and that’s exactly what I found. I also have a parka with fur on the hood and I love it. The fur keeps the cold wind off my face.

Danny provided incredible customer service to us! We were buying a jacket for a guy friend of ours and he was so sweet to try on different jackets for us, pulling so many different colours, styles and sizes all while remaining very calm, friendly and pleasant to be around. He made our shopping experience all together enjoyable and we walked away with the perfect jacket!

I have witnessed the most unethical behavior from a Manager Danny this past Saturday, November 14,2020, he told the girl "step aside, while I help the more important customers". Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to the point where the customer was crying outside. I will definitely NEVER shop here again until Canada Goose rectifies this problem by firing those 2 managers.

**UPDATE TO Cassie No-Last-Name: I'm not a fake account. And I think your delusional or misheard. The jacket was unworn and still had tags on. Danny was just repeating he could not return and kept saying "your return is a personal problem". That to me is extremely disgusting. I did not buy my winter jacket and went to Lululemon instead.
