I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect when I first started the process. Terry was in contact with me right away after I filled in the online pre approval. He worked with me to figure out what I needed to qualify for a mortgage. He was patient with me while I figured out my next steps. Once pre approved, Terry set me up with realtor Jason. Jason was wonderful. He was always available when I needed him and was prompt with arranging viewings for any listings I was interested in.
