I was confused why there were three of them behind the counter when there were no customers, but after dealing with them I understand why. They all share 1/3 of a braincell
Despite the reviews I’ve mailed several packages through this post office. All arrived safely and on time. Great customer service as well, Manipal was especially friendly & helpful! Thank you:)
This is just terrible service! I had to return home to collect unnecessary documents. Then they lied to me that there is a limit for transferring money. They just didn't want to work! Please! Release him! I just cried after the visit!
Was “helped” by what seems to be, based on the other reviews, the only person who works at this location. I seemed to have upset him simply by showing up and asking him about tasks that are related to his job. He sighed at me, raised his voice, had a serious attitude, and even threw my packages around, and was just all around a miserable human. Very let down to know that this is the closest Canada Post to my home, as I’m sure I will have to visit again. Horrible experience.
One star for the poor guy who helped me mail my parcel. The owner, a guy in mid 50's, indian I guess, he was speaking in Hindi, mistreated the poor guy in front of me. I was embarrassed. He needs to be more respectful to his employees.
I came here during their regular business hours and found that the place was not even opened yet - further there was a line 10 people waiting to mail their stuff all held up because nobody had opened the store.i’m unsure of Canada Post allows this place to be their agent if they can’t even open on time
I came 4 weeks ago. The person (male in his 50's) who handles the Canada Post was on a call that didn't seem to be work related (I can't tell because it was not English). He never acknowledged my presence for him to attend the post office.
I will rather walk further than come back and waste my time waiting 5 to 10 min with no indication he will hang up his call in order to attend the customer He never said he will be right there. Store was empty.no wonder.
Worst experience ever! Such a rude and angry guy, I don’t understand why he continues working there with the amount of negative reviews, Canada Post must do something!
The owner is a huge jerk. I would rather be dragged over a kilometer of hot coals than to have to deal with the owner for 2 minutes to send anything. I hope Canada Post takes away his franchise. Avoid this CP at all costs.
I wish I can give less than a zero star. Worst experience in my entire life. The guy must have some mental issue. He doesn't know how to talk n respect customer. He talked with me so rudely n made me feel so unwelcoming. No willingness to help at all. He lied to me that if i don't have driving license then i can't send money. Lol! He thinks i am fool. I send money from western union/other location n I always provide them my alberta picture ID card. He should not hold that job as he don't wanna do his job. Guy's if you want to get worst customer service experience of your life then I will definitely recommend this place.
The guy behind the counter could absolutely not be any less helpful! He just throws a stamp at you and says $1 something. Also helps you with instructions to stick the stamp: tells you to "lick it":)! Doesn't even ask where the hell that envelope is going! Then keeps staring at you and makes you uncomfortable. You'll likely leave the store not knowing whether to be angry or burst into laughter!
If his attitude and manner is because of a mental disorder then I really feel bad for him and hope he gets the help he needs, and would accept it really. But if it's because he's just a jerk, then he should be fired. Overall, not a safe place to send important stuff. You never know if things are going to go wrong there!
Really bad! They just trying to rip you off! How come in this location to send card cost 68$ for priority and other Canada post just 5$ extra? Employees are not friendly and its unpleasant service! Choose other location! Save money! And I guarantee in other post you will feel welcome!
I have never dealt with such a nasty person. I've tried twice to mail student loan paperwork here and both times the owner was rude and refused to do it claiming I didn't have the right paperwork.
Today the staff were not even there. Someone was covering for their shift but since he wasn't an employee of Canada Post he couldn't give me my parcel that I received. Not so practical.
If I can swear here, I wish to swear the owner’s world most poorest service. Good thing I complained in front of him how he is miserable and disrespectful. I’ll never go there again! Whis he reads people’s comments
The “gentlemanan” who’s probably the owner should never be dealing with people. He’s impressively rude. On the second occasion I left for another Canada Post. He won’t have my business and I recommend you take yours somewhere else too.
The most unpleasant customer service in any of the Canada Post offices I've been to. A man who is working there has barely said hi to me or other customers who were walking in, and didn't help out with my mail. Avoid this store if you can.
Horrible canadapost location. The owner is very rude and has outright lied about the price of a parcel multiple times.told me it was $26 to send a greeting card size envelope with tracking to the USA. Asked him three times if there were any other options that were cheaper and he lied and said nope. He's lied before so I went to another canadapost location downtown and it was only $14. Don't go here -he'll only rip you off.
I went to this location and the guy who assisted me is so racist, rude and unpleasant. This location must undergo evaluation. No wonder why a lot of negative feedback I read on this location. Won't come back to this location. Never! And won't recommend it.
Had no issues with the service I recieved. (I was helped by two women.) They helped me determine how many stamps I needed for some letters and they did the calculation on how to best use up my old stamps. (I.e. Stamps that had the old "63 + 10" price on them.)
Very very rude owner. The male owner throws the credit card back at you, the stamp, and same as the receipt. Never hand anything back to you, just throw them back like throwing something to a dog. Canada post should know their poor service attitude and shut them down.
Terrible service, the two owners (East Indian) are very rude and not helpful at all. The comment before mine calling them nasty is correct. Will NEVER go here again.
