Wish I could give 0 stars. The old short haired blonde lady treated my boyfriend and I with us with sheer disrespect. I wish I got her name — I still may look into this further. She wouldn’t do an identity confirmation because we are from Ontario even though we had a photo health card, birth certificate and credit bureau bill with an address matching what was on file. I’m so disappointed with the manner in which we were treated. She told us to try another canada post? If another canada post can do it then why couldn’t she? Grouchy and rude, definitely shouldn’t be employed here with an attitude like that.

Had a great experience here today, i got prompt response from Amit, he was knowledgeable and suggested me the options for the post I am sending. There is also unique coins and postage envelopes available in all sizes, you just need to go there with your things to post, find an envelope or cardboard to fit it and pay all together when posting, its seamless.

Canada Post is the first postal service that asks people to bring their own customs form. If that is indeed the process then they should print that in big bold letters! Not make the person wait in line and tell them when they get to the counter. Absolutely terrible service! I never had such issues in the States.

Canada Post, another government body that gives terrible service! They lie to you on the phone about forwarding a registered letter and when you call back a week and a half later, they tell you they will not forward an item with a tracking number, despite having PAID for mail forwarding service a month before the item arrived. Then they tell you they emailed you but good luck finding the email! Terrible service as usual. Nice to be lied to by two separate employees. Get in the business of delivering all mail to the recipients!

I always have very friendly staff here but today I appreciated the money that I saved thanks to the advice of the very nice man who worked there. I was not aware of the existence of the Flat rate box and was thankful to learn about it. Will use it in the future as well and saved money today plus the parcel will arrive faster and has insurance. Perfect for me! Thank you!

So the place has been closed for a few days due to technical difficulties according to Canada Post. What happens if some of the perishable items in the parcel are damaged or go bad? Nobody was there to explain or help, just a piece of paper and lots of unhappy customers.

Delivery just runs up to your door and slaps a sticker saying they tried to deliver but no one’s home, (caught on camera and in person). If not that the day its suppose to be delivered always becomes “rescheduled for the next day”

I missed my door delivery so it was rerouted to shoppers creekside. I must have just missed the delivery. I took the slip to creekside shoppers and the man looked and looked. He said "I'm sorry sir but you must have just found this after it was left for you". "The packages haven't been dropped at this location yet". Fair enough. He was so nice that he asked for my phone number and actually called me the second my package came in! Wow! What a nice man! Couldn't believe it. The crazy world of postage these days and this man went out of his way to personally call me! Forgive me that I didn't get his name but he was slightly bald with a sweet tan and great accent! What a nice person. Thank you! Made my day:)

I understand we are in a pandemic and times are challenging but the customer service at this post office was poor enough to warrant a review. When I arrived, the post office had been open for two hours. There were two people ahead of me in line. I am not sure how long they had waited but by the look on their faces it had been awhile. We waited another 8 minutes for the clerk behind the counter to put things away, straighten up his area, and generally walk back and forth not doing much of anything. It is very odd that you would pretend to look busy instead of helping the three people waiting in line. No explanation and no apology. I’m not sure what has happened to customer service with Canada post but I have noticed this at several locations

Here again today on Dec. 7th 2020. The line is even crazier with 4 people behind me but we are moving.

Update:

Mid Covid19: Lines are insane but it is December now and we are trying to space out 6 ft. Try to come at non rush times for timely service or if you have issues with standing long wait times (such as myself). Thankfully they moved the line down to another aisle so we are no longer by the pharmacy.

Pre Covid19: Good service in a timely manner this past holiday season rush.

Such great people that work there. Post offices are busy, standing in line sucks, but when you are interacting with staff there you end up leaving with a smile on your face. Thanks for the great service Patty!

I find the service is hit or miss. I had one lady tell me the package isnt here and would not help me one bit. And came back 2 hours later and had another lady say it was here the day before and was really nice to deal with.

Gentleman in Canada Post shoppers drug mart is really helpful. It's my second chance and I asked him couple if random questions and he provided instructions very well.

Phone to see where my packages are and no one answers the phone. Or the machine asks for tracking numbers. I don’t have one and all it will tell me it’s at the post office. I would like it delivered.
