This post office remains the best customer service experience I have ever had, and Patti is the sole reason for that. I could write ten pages here about my positive interactions with her and it still wouldn't do her justice. She is a wonderful person, and I am proud to know her and call her my friend. My cousins were in town a few months ago, they went to this post office with me, and they, too, experienced what I've always known. Patti is the best.

Cant get thru on phone to talk to someone there to check if my mail is there as our box got damaged wow unimpressed with how inconvenient this last two months of service has been ……horrible!

Friendly and reliable most of the time. Wish they would notify people when they stop delivering to your building even a sticker on the door would be helpful, but not delivering just for spite against the caretaker of a apparent building for over a month. Not Profesional

In Southern Ontario haven't had any bad experiences with Canada Post. First order I make with these folks since relocating to Red Deer and already having an issue (which is much similar to what others have experiences). Item had arrived from Calgary to Red Deer day after deposit and was moved to "Out for Delivery" status. After about 4 hours it was moved to "Item available for pick-up" with no mentioned pickup address.

Used online chat once the same evening and after waiting some time to speak to a rep they mentioned they are unable to pull up the order because system is under maintenance. You should have an alert in your chat system so users are aware and don't waste their time trying to reach out at the time.

The next day I tried again, the rep was able to pull up the order, told me that it was on hold without explaining WHY and put in a ticket for someone to reach out to me about my order within 5 DELIVERY BUSINESS DAYS (note they gave me an actual time, I translated it into business days) which happened to be a Friday.

No one mentioned to me anything about the order in that time period, so I reached out to a rep in online chat again today (the Saturday) who told me they confirmed the address already.

I also want to make it clear that it didn't go outside the estimated delivery time, But usually Canada Post delivers earlier and to have to wait several days for your package to be ready to pickup when it's already available at the local office is silly!

A disclaimer, there might be info that wasn't given to me by my landlord (professional org) before taking on this rental. Our postal boxes in this apartment complex is not setup and I won't be getting any keys until they do. They mentioned they are waiting for Canada Post to do that (is there actually a planned date?)

So I'm not sure if it's just this particular city, province, or location where the quality of service is lacking, but it's definitely a bad experience to have for someone who recently relocated from Ontario. Transparency is definitely lacking.

They don't even attempt to deliver any packages, just leave a slip and expect you to work on their schedule even if you need to miss work for it. Canada post is a joke!

Rude and lazy driver, I have not had any issues for the last 10 years until recently. At work I am now required to install a mailbox because the lazy excuse of a driver can not be bothered to drop my mail off after 10AM. I mean the job is literally from vehicle to desk service. Then the so called supervisor came in and gave me a notice (unsigned) saying they won’t deliver the mail until I install a mailbox, meanwhile I need to drive to the north end and grab my mail for my business if I want it. I would give 0 stars if I could. They need to get their head out of their as* and realize we pay their wages. We are the customer! We don’t owe them shi*t! I have put a complaint into their head office and I hope everyone else who has had nothing but problems does the same.

So much for express postage from Calgary to Red deer. My package is now 3 days late and there's no way to contact this depot so I can just pick it up there.

Since moving to Red Deer I've had nothing but grief from Canada Post as every prescription order I've made these past 3 and 1/2 years has been delayed by no less than a full week. Often tracking info indicates that drivers here in town have the packages while "out for delivery" but even in perfect weather conditions with clear walkways are left for several business days without even attempting delivery. This sorting station and its delivery personnel are by far the most irresponsible and disrespectful of any community I've ever lived in. To think that such blatantly disrespectful and irresponsible abuse is the norm for this crown corporation is an embarrassment.

Delivered 2 of my packages wrong houses even though the shipping info and addresses were correct.they ended up doing all they could to help, and I got one package back, but the other couldn't be retrieved as by the time I was able to get them to send a courier over to the house it had already been a couple days, so it was basically sent to the wrong house and taken by the person who lives there. They helped get me info to prove that it was delivered to the wrong house 4 blocks away but because of how long it took i was unable to get my money back after the package was confirmed as gone. Overall mixed feelings, just really hope they figure out why this happened and eliminate what caused this so this doesn't happen again for anyone as this has been a very frustrating situation to deal with.

My parents haven't get any mail the post man is holding it and it not right they need there bills lot people can get through 2 cars in drive way they need the mail so better contact me back that mail man lazy or mean what he doing to seniors not nice.

My mailman is amazing and I haven't had a problem with Canada Post that they haven't been able to resolve.

GREAT customer service. Patti is the BEST! She knows all of her customers by name, and the service she provides is second-to-none. She is a true asset to Canada Post. Those Canada Post outlets at grocery stores, drug stores, etc.may do in a pinch, but for REAL, personalized customer service, go see Patti. I'm so pleased with her service, mere words do not suffice. Just go and see her!

Worst customer service I’ve ever expirenced, straight ignorant. Pay for xpress post 2 days, takes almost a week I track it see that my package is at the office and they still won’t give it to me! Then proceed to tell me it probabaly won’t even get out for delivery today. False advertising these people are scum.

Set up a time to get lock changed on mail box and the driver never showed. I have no idea if someone else is viewing my mail or not. Every time I contact someone they tell me that can't help me and to try again

Just watched a Canada post driver put a slip on my door without even knocking or ringing my buzzer. Lazy delivery drivers and a terrible company

Ivy screwed up entering my payment and expected me to have the time to call a 1800 number then get reimbursed and redo the order for her error. Poor service and then tried to blame me her error.

The parking sucks at this location, sometimes you have to wait for other people to leave before you get a spot. Then you have to wait in a lineup out the door because they are understaffed too. Phone keeps ringing off the hook but they don't answer it because they are too busy dealing with the lineups. But I keep coming back here because one of the ladies is super nice and helpful and I never get overcharged.
