They don't answer the bell when you ring it, you have to go ask for staff from the front of the store. They can't send anything with a lithium battery either. The lady wasn't very nice or patient, just very bored and rude. Canada post is once again useless for me, so I hope you choose someone else to deliver your stuff as well since they never seem to work well.

They changed keys without notice.plus the put mail that wrong address whoever delivery the mail. Same number of the house but different address

One employee on duty on Saturday April 9th and she was on some sort break and mad at least 10 people to wait in line to get their service done.
Horrible post office at shoppers falcon ridge area NE Calgary.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. LADY AT CANADA POST (FALCONRIDGE, CALGARY). I BELIEVE THE NAME WAS JEN, AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. DID NOT LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS, INSTEAD, SHE WOULD ALWAYS CUT ME OFF WHILE SPEAKING AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE 1800 NUMBER TO COMPLAIN. IF YOU TRULY HATE YOUR JOB, QUIT!

A kind lady is always there to help, I don’t know her name Sorry. Today I visited again, I had the same good experience. 5 stars for the kind lady’s friendly behavior.

But, sometimes they are short staffed and customers have to wait for a little while, the management could fill this gap, it’s just a kind request. That’s why 4 stars in general.
Other than that it’s one of the best Canada post service providers in the area.

Absolutely disgusting. Joan was rude and condescending to a customer in front of me just because she had challenges in English. The folk behind me were even disgusted. This customer was doing a money gram. Whilst doing it, Joan proceeded to place a prepared sign to say the system was down. Joan my question to you, if the system was down how were you able to complete the money gram after placing the sign up, or just do not want to do them.

Canada Post steals your packages especially if they are smaller in size.their system represents that the package is out for delivery and no Delivered status is ever updated, neither the package is delivered.and if you file a complaint to ask that why you delivery driver have not delivered my package, they will file a complaint and after a week or so some rude pathetic lady calls rudely and say only the sender can file complaint against us.they are on a benefit by this especially when the package is coming from China.i would request all to avoid Canada post as much as u can and if you have to use it, pay close attention to your packages because 80% of the time for smaller packages, you have to fight them to get it. They are a group of thieves supporting each other.

The ladies here are top notch. I come here very often and they treat customers great and are nice. They also work very fast and efficient. Ive been to several CanadaPosts in the city, but they arent as good at their job as the ladies working on this location. Give these people a raise CP.

Customer agent GLENDA is very poor in customer service, she need to get fired and hire a new 1, i will never ever to come back in this location until she get fired, i hope the management will read the comments and review.terrible manners, no idea and no knowledge for dealing of package…!

Very rude and didn't help at all. I wait 30 min in line for her to tell me my package wasn't there after I gave her my slip i got in the mail unprofessional and instead of aswer my question she gave me a number to call

The lady at the canada post was least concerned about the lineup. She was busy at phone. She is waiting to get done with her shift.

Today when I went to the Canada post office at Falsbridge Drive, there was extremely rude and unprofessional staff members. When it was finally my turn after waiting 20 minutes in line and there was a small problem, it was understandable that they said I had to get the air out of the bags in order for it to fit through the plastic model slot but once I flattened the bags and got the air out I had to wait an extra six people in line for them to finally serve me again when it takes literally one minute to flatten the bag getting the air out. I won't name names but will call her by the 1st letter of her name. After when J finally let me pay for the untracked shipping for the one lettermail that I got the air out of that had only one size extra small thin t-shirt in it, which is small enough to be sent as lettermail, I also asked if they can take a look to see if my other package would fit through the slot to be sent as a lettermail. It had 2 items in it so I just needed untracked lettermail shipping for these two tank tops in my poly mailer bag. Both of the lettermails were going to be sent to two people from Canada. They told me that I had to wait again and there was like 8 more people in line so after waiting for another 20 minutes I realize that what she means by I have to wait is, I have to get all the way at the back of the line again for just fixing the problem of air in my poly mailer bag. I thought that since it's a quick fix she can squeeze me in again after it's been my turn 15 mins ago once I fixed the problem. After about 15 mins when I finally realized that she is not going to squeeze me in line again after I fixed the problem J, whom served me for the other lettermail that had the size xs thin t-shirt in it, her other co-worker tried making me buy the Canada Post's bubble wrap bag or their cardboard box but that just made it even more bulky and not fit the 2 tanktops in the plastic model slot. You still had to use a bit of force to get the cardboard box through the slot and they already said it must go easily through without pushing. They tried getting me to ship 2 size S tank tops using tracked shipping for $18. As I handed back the plastic transparent slot model to J (the thing where you test if the package can fit through the slot to be sent as a lettermail), without even looking she thought that I was referring to putting back the cardboard box that's by Canada Post so she said angerily " JUST PUT IT BACK OVER THERE. " I replied calmly " I am talking about handing you this back" as I handed back the slot model and she looked from the corner of her eye and carried on with the other customers. After that I just left and went on my way to go to a different Canada Post location which had very nice staff members there, the employee at the 52nd st Canada Post tested my two items in my one poly mailer bag through the slot model thing and it fit just fine to be sent as a lettermail with untracked shipping. At the Falsbridge location, there was nice staff there on different days too but the majority of staff there are just very uncessarily rude to customers there.

I was here almost 6 mins before the time it was about to close and when i told her it is the last day of my package and what she told me was we are closed even i told her why i was here and maybe she was racist and asked her it is not even 9: 00 pm yet and i told how important it was. Worst customer service i have ever got.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional. I wish they can privatize Canada post so our tax dollars won’t go to waste.
