I can only imagine how stressful it is to deal with the public on a regular basis, entertaining everyones shipping & receiving demands. On that note, the staff at the desk have always been kind and helpful. I think they do a great job.

Sometimes you get your stuff other times you have to go get it, most times the drivers leave all the packages at the depo and only carry delivery notices even to secure mailboxes with parcel cupboards. Endless list of excuses when we all know the drivers are not doing their jobs.

Poor customer service! I went to receive my Moneygram transfer and the cashier did not enter my email correctly even after I wrote it for her and asked her to verify. It has now been almost 3 weeks a I still have not received my money! I wish there wash a phone I could call to report the cashier.

When I lived in stoney creek I got my mail all the time no problem. Since moving not 2 blocks away from this location I don't get my packages at all. We don't even get a notice in our mailbox that something is ready to be picked up. Nothing. We check out orders like where are they. "Delivered". OK its delivered.no pickup slip no sign of the package. Go to the location and they're like yeah its here. But wait there's more. When you go to the store there's a lineup 15 people long that takes 25 mins to get to the counter. Check photos.

This is an elderly lady who works at this location and she's the rudest customer service person I've ever met in my life. I never had a pleasant experience with this lady. Today I was at this signal road location and the same lady served me. I politely asked if I could borrow a packaging tape. She looked at me so annoyed and loudly said WHATTT? I repeated what I just said, she handed me an empty packaging tape and said I have to buy one. I left and told her I'll go somewhere else! I don't mind purchasing a tape but the way she speaks to customers she shouldn't be the face of Canada Post! The worst experience!

Just recently had the worst experience with the Thickwood post office. I had been expecting a parcel from Amazon only to have someone from the post office give it to the wrong person, even know they know who I am. Not impressed, I’ve trusted the Thickwood post office for years only to feel like my trust with them is very low now.

Been waiting 5 days for a package with Xpresspost, I am not impressed

Update; they never knocked or even came up to the door to leave a notice card to pick it up they just drove by and tracking said they left a notice card, but they didnt just really not impressed
