Canada Post

Canada Post staff (in all locations) are amount the rudest customer service personnel ever encountered. No phone numbers are listed because they are too ignorant, literally, to assist. We are beholden to their archaic practices. They may not be funded by tax payer $ however they certainly rule the roost like a government agency. We should have the right to mail delivery to our PHYSICAL address without having to fly in from out of province to set up a po box that is connected to our address because they can't figure out how to deliver mail based on location like other industrialized countries.

Says the Post Office boxes are available 24/7, and the front doors are locked after 6pm. Unacceptable.

Sept 22 - I had a missing parcel. The company I got the parcel from gave me the Canada Post Tracking # 1095581370617678. They said it was delivered to a mail room in Calgary and to check with Canada Post, I went down and talked to the staff there and they said it was an Amazon tracking number and most likely the parcel went into the Amazon recycle/non pick up bin. I explained it was not an Amazon order and I hadn't received a parcel pickup card. They kept saying to go to their website to track further. Very frustrated. I called the company back and didn't have any better customer service basically they both were washing away responsibility. Sept 25 - The parcel shows up in my mailbox. Original order was sent Sept 6 ended up in Calgary Sept 11 and from there who knows. Two weeks later I got my parcel. Very poor service

Well I needed a cheque sent to my mortgage company…. They told me it was guaranteed delivery date and it is still not there

I rented a PO box here and the staff are quite nice. Only thing, they put a different postal code on the info sheet they gave me. Makes for a very frustrating time if you're not aware of a different one. Weird.:/

If I could give this a zero I would.
Theresa is a horrible person to deal with. She thinks she is a know it all and is very condescending. She doesn't talk to you as if you actually have a brain and she thinks she is far more superior than she actually is.
The way she deals with customers is disgusting!
I won't be back at all!
Best to get rid of her and maybe people would actually smile while they are there.

Beyond frustrating. Phone number listed sounds like it goes to a fax machine. Cant get ahold of anyone. As a Crown Corp, I expect much better customer service. Disappointing for a small town PO.

Don't bother calling as they don't pickup. Pointless having a phone line when you have 0 intent to pickup a call

HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

We had someone else’s mail in our box, returned to the post office only to find the SAME LETTER in our box the next day. When returned again they shrugged and RETURNED TO SENDER.

Unbelievable. Completely useless crowd.
