This post office employee doesn't know what she's doing. I've been sending parcel ever since to other country. NEVER HAVE I encountered any problem! She don't know what she's doing and she's telling me to do this and that and I can't use a post office envelope which is I can use! Please enlighten this employee. She's on duty today August 12,2023 around 1 Pm. Can't remember her name!

In Fortmc most people have ID where they live permanently and If you are there to pick a letter or parcel, the staff is so much fussy and matching name on ID with the name on packet is not enough and they need proof of address. Guys we don't keep 10 page rental agreement in our pockets all the time.
