We ordered keys to access our new mailbox and Canada post said 3 business days. After a week of waiting we contacted Canada post and were told it would be dealt with that day. A week later we went in person to inquire as to where our keys are, and the woman working claimed she had no idea what we were talking about. They then told us it would be done the following Monday.

Meanwhile, they returned our parcel that was in our mailbox, which we paid expedited shipping on, and returned it to sender! All the while knowing they are the reason we can't access it.

Monday comes around and what do you know, our mailbox isn't ready. We went down AGAIN and were told that it won't get done today because of "a family matter".

The level of incompetence during what should have been a very simple and quick matter is actually staggering. We are filing a formal complaint with Canada Post and I sincerely hope these employees get some much needed training.

Lately I’ve had to pick up some of my packages because for some reason it never came even though they were already out for delivery in the morning. It’s such a hassle because I do not drive. I’m very disappointed because it’s been happening to me lately.
