Generally helpful but slow and understaffed. I’ve stood in line for an hour to pick up a parcel.

We've been in the area for 20+ years and find everyone in the Bragg Creek Post Office to be friendly, dedicated and kind. Thank you all so much, especially in this last year where we've depended on Post Office so much.

Rekeyed our mailboxes, don't tell us, then sent my package back when I didn't come to get it. Are you serious?
Not only that, they refuse to actually use the drop, boxes in the mailboxes for larger parcels. The amount of times I've had to drive over 40 minutes to get a parcel that could've fit in my mailbox is ridiculous. Y'all either need a size chart or to hire some people with some critical thinking skills.

Very friendly service. Fast and efficient. Always familiar faces working there and they are a hardworking bunch. Nice small town feel!

Worst Post office EVER! We have used this location for our business for years, and have had nothing but years of issues and the post master is extremely rude to her staff. I will drive to Calgary from now on, this woman should not be allowed to speak to her staff like this!

Vogons.
Went to pick up a package that Canada post tracking number said had arrived and had been processed. Was told at the desk the package was there at the office but they wouldn’t give it to me until I had the delivery slip. Man at the desk said he was too busy to look for the package even though there was no one else in the office except me and two postal workers!
As the post office is 20 minute drive from my house these people have wasted at least 80 minutes of my time of my time

Debbie at this location was very friendly. Her service was precise, personable and efficient. She does her job very well. In the 5 minutes I was there she was all smiles and she was able to greet the customers that came in by their first names. The storefront was also very clean, it looked bright and well kept.

Moved here 10 years ago from Greater Toronto Area. We had a neighbourhood post box, with doorstep delivery of parcels. I have horror stories of GTA postal service once they switched us from a CP delivery person to a contractor. Was on the phone almost monthly to CP then.
In Bragg, we have a CP-assigned PO box at the post office (I.e, no home delivery). I initially thought this would be a pain, but it's actually kind of nice because you run into acquaintances and even meet new people, plus you can peruse the community board.
Never have had a problem and we get minimum one package per month. In ten years, I think we've received someone else's mail maybe 5 times. Of course, we simply return it to the person at the desk to put in correct box.
Staff is always pleasant and turnover is low so you get to know them. Only once did I find a staff member a big grumpy. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, and she worked there only a short time.

Worst postal service I’ve ever used, they said they attempted delivery but I was on my front porch and they did not. Went to the post office to ask if they would get my package that day, the lady working there told me to come back at 1-2 once the delivery guy returned. I went back at 1: 30 and she said “they won’t be here till late this afternoon, and we cannot give it to you until tomorrow”. Ok thanks for wasting my entire morning, and screwing me over. Boycott this postal service
