Canada Post Royal Oak / Rocky Ridge

There have been times I also had to wait in line because the person in front is taking forever and all I needed is a quick parcel pick up. Sometimes there are just some people who walks up, unprepared with 1000 questions. Staff there has been kind and polite with me. If I happened to walk in on a lineup of ten people, I just had to patiently wait until it's my turn. That is a first come first serve basis service. I am nothing but thankful to the staff at this post office location.

Very unhelpful and rude. Waited in line and when I got to the counter was instructed to go tape my box shut, but multiple return labels needed to be scanned before they were put inside. When I was trying to ask questions she kept walking away from me. They were telling me to buy their boxes but I’ve put multiple return items in one box before. Ultimately had to go to another location because I couldn’t get service here.

By far the worst post office there is. They claim packages aren't there when I have numerous emails saying it is there. Incredibly slow mismanaged staff that are more incapable than trained monkeys. 2023 and no changes, still abysmal.
