The staff are very suportfull and understanding with imediate service.
The cleaning staff are very friendly fast and respectful. The location is great as the phamacy and mall are one block away and the bus to downtown is right across the street. There is 24 hr service always.
Hot showers with big tubs and fast 5g internet.
The price is right here. And the air conditioning is great. The same as a 5 star with a fair price.

Money HUNGERY MANAGEMENT. I was travelling from Toronto to calgary and called them for checking in, beacuse we were stuck in road closures. I paid in advance for 2 nights, they didn't give me room upon arrival and kept all my money and said we can’t check you in because you was not physically present. The manager- onsite, and rashika the receptionist-on phone behaved very rudely with me. I felt disgusted from the moment I enetered in office area. It smelt like rotten eggs. I really don't recommend this disgusting place. They are thieves, and I walked away and donated my money to them. Because I don't want to ARGUE with fools.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. The staff was very rude! Asked for three clean towels and only got two, they said they didn't have more towels! Argued about all my complaints. There were holes in the sheets too.

It was last moment that I was informed at the front desk that, without presenting a physical credit card, I will instead be charged of a 300 CAD deposit and 30 CAD handling fee. I was not happy about that. Then I called Agoda. Agoda couldn’t help. Hotel front desk insisted that’s their policy. They refuse to cancel either. Then I agreed to check in with the deposit and handling fee. Then the front desk said because I called Agoda, so she is not sure about the deposit policy anymore, so she needed to confirm with the manager. Then I she wouldn’t check me in and I have to wait. Since it was your hotel, as you said, I didn’t know what keeps me from checking in.
Just pay attention to the tricks.

Think twice before you.walk into this dump. I rented a room with my husband and 5 year old son. As soon as I got to the room I checked the bedding. It was absolutely disgusting random hairs all in the sheets stains all over the mattress protector hair's on the pillow. I told the manager there. She came to check the room. You think they would offer me a new room that was clean. Nope, they didn't all they did was offer me a new pair of bed sheets to put on the bed how pathetic she asked me if I used the room why does that matter so if I used it mins after being there I didn't deserve a new room. Please save you're money and go rent a different hotel not worth the money such a dirty disgusting room not even clean.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had a debit Visa and wanted to charge me $400 deposit because of my card. No way is that right for them to do.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Rude employees at the front desk won't even speak to the customer in English then natrering to each other in their language, it was the worst stay I've had. I will never return.
1 bed was made 1 bed was left messy
No toilet paper left in the room I had to go ask for toilet paper cause you know leaving 1/4 the roll with no back up UPON check in. And asked for soap but they had none so gave me sample packets of shampoo to wash our hands with.seriously,
I should have just left when the woman so rudely told me my reservation was canceled because my card was declined even tho I was paying at the hotel as per the booking app! And she needed to talk to the Manger to "find a room cause they were full" yet once they seen my credit card and had it in hand refused to give it back to me for us to go else where and imagine that there was a room All of the sudden.

If I could rate it 0 starts I would!

Booked for 10 days only stayed for 9 days with no refund for one 1 early check out and never got my $300 credit card security deposit, I will forward this to the business bureau

Do not stay here, We found many bugs in the room.total waste of money and time.the smell in the room was terrible.

We stayed here for a business trip, we were promised a good stay since we booked 8 rooms! There was a charge put through on our credit card after our stay and they couldn’t tell us why and they would not send me a receipt or refund the charge. I called and emailed with no response. It was probably the biggest booking they had in years. Very irresponsible business practice, I would not recommend using a credit card here or you will have fraudulent charges after. I was so disappointed after the fact to see they had done this, we were going to be going there for two more trips but not after that.

ALERT! SCAM!
Faslely accessed patrions of iteams that would atomatically forefit deposits, and charge extras for any marks left on any towels or bedding, and don't provide proof of any of this. After dealing with police I learned this is a regular problem at this hotel as there is no recourse other then small claims that can be taken on withdrawals from your credit card by the hotel or deposits kept.

HORRIBLE. SCAM. They add charges to credit cards after you leave. They find excuses to add charges and keep deposits.

This place tried to charge us for a 3rd person even though we booked our room for 3 people. They put us in a Queen room with one bed and then tried to charge us $80 for another room with a second bed. They would not give us the room we paid for and refused to refund us. The girl at the front desk was rude and ignored us…DO NOT stay here

My mother was flipped off by the owner, we were scammed 300$, rooms stink and are dirty. Spend your money else where.

SCAM ALERT. They look for any and every reason to take extra money or keep deposit. This includes for sheets and towels they say are stained by you. They take a picture of the item and charge you a ridiculous price. And you have norecourse you just have to accept it.

This place is a dump got bed bugs, had to fumigate my house after I stayed here, over priced and horrible management and run down. Would rather sleep on the bus bench outside.

Ac barely worked place was noisy couldn't sleep parking was always full staff is very rude hung up on me a few when I called after checking out only stay here if you have no choice they took money from my card for smoking when there was no smoking staff never said hello didn't smile and rude and unprofessional

I didn’t even stay here, it was a nightmare getting a hold of the manager to ask about waving the fee for cancelation because I had a funeral come up and couldn’t make it. Would not recommend poor service

As someone stated before, if I could give this place zero stars, I would.
A friend of mine stayed here with her family and was treated very poorly. They were cussed at, and scammed out of $300. They placed fake paraphernalia, and tried to tell them they left it there and when caught, deleted the picture and cussed at them. They flipped them the bird, and made ableist comments about my best friends mother. I do not recommend and highly hope this place gets taken down.

Knew a person that wanted to book a hotel in Fernie, accidentally called this hotel and booked a room. Confirmed it as we were in the mountains with almost no service… then once they were able to see that it was in Calgary they tried to call to cancel it YET they wouldn’t let them. They took almost $400 from them even though they were in a different province. They called to cancel it maybe an hour after confirming it and they still wouldn’t do it. SUPER BAD customer service. They o my care about getting money regardless of the situation or if someone makes a mistake. Way to take advantage of someone that is young. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Expensive prices for a poor room. It felt so dirty & old. Found a cockroach within the first few hours crawling on the bed. Killed it & took it straight to the office. Demanded a refund or different room. They said we brought in the roach. They have a sign posted about the best pest control. Too bad I couldn’t post the picture! Paid a 500 damage deposit for one night, got 400 back & left the room as it was! Disgusting place wouldn’t recommend staying here, luckily nothing ended up in our luggage because we quickly zipped everything up & put them up high!

CAUTION SCAM. They look for out of town plates and keep whole deposits as they know there is not much you can do when not from the area. This is not my personal opinion either. After calling the police on this matter they informed us that they go to this hotel alot for this same reason.
