Canadas Best Value Inn Whitecourt

Had nothing but positive experiences with this place very generous people I was late on paying my room one time and not only were they the only with a patient and they waited they were very understanding and I've nothing but positive things to say about this place and I absolutely love the quietness of it and the restaurant is pretty awesome

Room was pleasant & clean. Also, the free breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

Informed us that they would not be cleaning rooms on the day of check in (cancellation policy is 4 days)

Fixtures were broken in the room upon arrival and was charged $200 to replace a luggage rack that was broken when we got there.

Lightbulbs flickering like camera flashes in the room, ended up just leaving them off.

Front desk staff was as rude as I’ve seen anywhere.

Would have cancelled. Will not book at this place again recommend ANYWHERE ELSE

The room is absolutely disgusting, there was old socks and garbag under the bed, stains all over the floor, glitter on the counter from the last person? And the towels were damp and stunk. I will never stay here again as long as I live.

Dirty gross rooms, cleaning staff do not do a good job cleaning at all.contanental Breakfast you get $7 voucher nothing on the menu is $7 and they don't know how to make eggs.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Whitecourt, don’t do it here! The place is full of people who smoke pot and everything just seems on the lower end. There are way better options available like the Kanata which is just around the corner. The rooms have this strange smell to them and the beds are just catastrophic. Everything seems clean but it just gives you the ick. Will not come back!

I have had over a 1000$ worth a work clothes go missing due to negligence of cleaners. If u are working in white court don't go here your stuff will go missing.

If 100% cleanliness isn't a must then this is the place for you. We especially enjoyed the 7am wake up call we didn't ask for yet they said they made no mistake we asked for it. So if you need a clean ish place and wake up calls you don't require then this is the place for you

Room was not good. Some kind of fixture in bathroom cover left open
Our room was next to people who smoked cigarettes and pot. We are non smokers, they should have different areas for that their smokers and non smokers espas the building is probably from the 70's it kept coming into bathroom and room. I am asthmatic and had to deal with the smoke coming in from next room.bathtub had rust on it. Needed repair. Heat kept going out. Kept quiting and then we had to put back on again and bed spreads smelled like mold. We will never stay there again. Better to go elsewhere.

The hotel front desk lady, I think her name was Barbra, I could be wrong, was the sweetest most welcoming person.
The hotel itself was just a place to stay. I stayed for work and they booked it. It’s dated, but looked after. One of the best stocked and set up kitchenettes I’ve been in, though. Beds are on the hard side. Pillows lumpy and large (too high for the neck to be comfortable) AC/Heating unit worked well. Pretty clean.

Would I stay here again? Yes.

Been staying here for years now when passing through. Great place to sleep, nice staff with an unreal breakfast. Honestly best breakfast at a hotel ever! Same man at the counter every year very hard worker.

Didn't even stay still charged me! AVOID THIS PLACE! Booked through priceline.com. The room smelt like garbage, there was a dirty rag on the bed. Went to say I didn't want the room was charged for 4 days anyway! 0wner/Manager cares nothing about customer service only getting his cash!

The room was clean and customer service awesome. I left a blanket in there and a charger and they ran out to me to give it before I left. It was very courteous! 100% would recommend.

Staff was friendly lots of room for parking quite for a full occupancy continental breakfast was good with nice size portions

The decor is dated but the rooms are clean, the service friendly, and hot breakfast is included. This is my go to place when I am working near Whitecourt.

New cook. Breakfast in the afternoon not so good. Not sure if there is a new morning cook or not.
