My experience with CRS has been the best, especially with Jorge Gonzales who walked me through the process of restoring the basement bedroom walls.
I had no idea how to remedy the mold that occurred in 2 bedrooms from water leaking through the walls. Jorge always kept me updated with each step of the process and I felt at ease that the work was left in very capable hands.
Price also was very reasonable. I recommend highly CRS for any restoration work.

They were responsive and accommodating when we needed an inspection on a very short timeline. They quickly got to work on the mould removal and repairs with an expert crew, which significantly simplified things for us and was well worth the expense.
Contact with us was regular and we were provided all the photo documentation we needed to feel satisfied.

Unfortunately, I'm having to write this review before I've even been able to get the service done. First I emailed the company to ask for a quote on asbestos removal. After a week, I didn't hear anything back and still haven't gotten any email in return, and this was about a month ago. Then my girlfriend called them to set up an appointment. On the day they were to arrive, they never showed up. When she called again, the technician herself set up the date and time, and again never showed up. Upon calling again, we were told that the home owner had to make the call, (The house is under my mom's name, but she's very busy so she have me permission to set up the inspection) despite that requirement not being disclosed ahead of time. Then when my mom called, a time was set up, but the technician was an hour late and had trouble finding the house. When she was here, she was quick and informative, which was nice, but then she said she'd email my mom the quote in a couple days. After a week, and a couple extra calls, each with "I'm sorry for the delay, I'll let you know tomorrow" being a common theme, we still haven't gotten the quote. I think it's very unprofessional, and if all of their technicians are like the one I've been dealing with (I don't remember her name, but she's an older native woman if anyone else has had any other issues with her) then this is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I might end up changing the rating later if the actual asbestos removal is exceptional, but that will only happen if I can actually get this quote in the first place.

EDIT: Got the a verbal quote from the technician, and it was a bit more expensive than expected. Not terrible, but when asked to provide the quote in the email so we could see where these costs were coming from, she suddenly didn't have our email anymore. Afterwards I called another company, they called back right away, came a couple days later, gave me the quote right away, and happened to also be a couple hundred dollars cheaper. I would not recommend this company here, and instead I'll be giving my business to this other company instead. Even if they were more expensive, I'd rather deal with a company that's professional.

Jorge and Ruben were great! They provided a fair and honest free assessment for us and also gave us home tips as well!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Jorge was quick and responsive in the beginning, prior to getting paid. He had sent out someone to look through and do readings of the affected bedroom. He then emailed the scope of work and an estimate. Estimate landing at $1045 to JUST cut out the walls and to "clean" it. After the holes, he had told us the source is probably from the siding. Since he doesn't work on the siding he said he would look into recommendations for a siding repair company for us and to send us a summary. Satisfied by his promise, we squared out our bill and that was the end of it. We haven't heard from him for a week, no summary, no leads to a siding company. We ended up hiring a contractor who took a closer look at the holes and noticed the "thorough" cleaning CRS did was not very thorough. Could have just gotten a handyman to come through and rip out the walls for 1/2 the price. Left with a bedroom with walls ripped out and a grand down the drain. Thanks CRS, ridiculous.

The ducting in my basement was absolutely covered with asbestos wrap. These guys did such an amazing job finding and carefully removing every last wrap so I could feel safe in my home. The price you pay is more than reasonable for the amount of work they have to do. Highly recommended!

I called CRS to look at our detached garage which has always had a old musty stink since we bought our property. Jorge was very responsive and sent someone within a day to take a look at our situation. After inspection it was determined we had mold in quite a few areas and most likely in our insulation, and a complete gut job was recommended. We decided not to move forward since its in an old detached garage and we're just going to knock the building down, however given how responsive and informative they were I would have no issues hiring this company in any other circumstance.
