Steer clear! This outfit will sell you an extended warranty with a "no lemons clause" but when you repeatedly start to experience the same issue even after repair, they will try to wiggle out of taking any action to assist you with the issue, going as far as to claim there is no issue. In my case it was control knobs that become too hot to touch under normal operation of the appliance. A problem that is actually well documented online too.

The customer service rep was condescending and tried to weasel out of any responsibility. He indicated that the control knob issue would not qualify under the lemon clause because the range was "designed that way". He also talked over me and then accused me of not listening. He refused to acknowledge the countless reviews by owners of this model complaining of the same problem. This is by far my worst appliance purchase experience. You are literally on your own once they have your cash. Very shady! I recommend sticking with Trail or Leon's where you feel like they value your experience with the product after your purchase.

Though the original sales person was quite pleasant this was overshadowed by the negative post-purchase experience. They were rude in setting up the first warranty repair too.

We contacted Canadian Appliance Source on a Wednesday night and purchased the appliance by telephone, exactly what we had been shopping for at other big box stores that had a long delivery time and would not let us pick it up. We ordered this from Sumit Saini and he was very helpful and made this shopping experience awesome and we picked it up two days later. We would order appliances from this company again.

From the purchase to the delivery, the entire experience with CAS was wonderful.
I believe the sales agent was William that I had worked with and the purchase was so smooth. He also went above to arrange delivery to Cochrane sooner than they typically do. Curtis was the gentleman to deliver the refrigerator, along with Keith and they were incredible. Such a smooth delivery with no issues. Absolutely 5 stars all around!

Great price, quick delivery, and the delivery personnel even gave advice on installation for hook-ups I was not aware of. They explained the hazards of the type of hose we presently have, and I’m grateful for the knowledge! It was very easy, dealing with the customer service representative, and they booked us in for next-day delivery! All in all 10/10 service!

I rarely leave reviews, but when I see someone like Hurvin go above and beyond to help their clients, I feel obligated to share my experience. I had been waiting for my wall oven for two months. When I called, I was told that the item would be back in stock by the end of December, based on the website. I was extremely disappointed because I needed my appliance installed before the holiday season. When Hurvin realised how upset I was, he went through all of the inventories and found one available item for me that was ready to ship! I received my appliance in a few days and am grateful to Hurvin for his assistance in figuring it out. Like other members of staff, he could have simply stated, "This is what it is, and I must wait. " Especially now that a pandemic has become a valid reason for a ship delay.

Great customer service by Yvonne up until the point of sale. I went into the store looking to buy samsung electric range, she showed me 2 options 1st one with 4 burners and 2nd one with 5 burners, upon asking about arrival times she said the 1st will come in January and 2nd will come in on 14th December, and that she can give me that one for $715, so I decided to go with the 2nd one with 5 burner because of the price and availability, but she ended up ordering the 1st one on the invoice without my knowledge for the same price, later I noticed that i was given the wrong product, i called her to fix that, she told me that i am playing games that i told her i wanted the one with 4 burners in the first place and they cannot give me the 5 burner for that price. Even after i spoke to manager Sumit he is taking side with his employees saying that i know i my employee she will never do that mistake. It could be a genuine mistake that i wanted a resolution for that, but no help from manager and staff. Very disappointed with the level of customer service.

We purchased an Whirlpool electric range on Nov 30 at the CAS Calgary NE store. Thanks to Shiven for her kind assistance that we got one what we wish with reasonable price. The delivery for our order is quick on the next day which it arrived in time. The delivery guys are nice and experienced.

I really didn't understand how a company like this exists. Website has wrong or misleading information. It said Calgary location has the item in stock and ready for pickup same day or next day. Tried to use Web Chat, totally doesn't work.
After placing order, got at least 10 emails with link to book a time slot for pickup, doesn't work at all. Called customer service and choose call back option, got a call back and line got disconnected and never got a call back. Then I called again and waited for 15 mins to talk to some one and she informed that order item is not in stock yet but assigned. Will never recommend a company like this.

Great experience with CAS all around. Rob at the Barrie location was super helpful and gave us a great deal on all our appliances. He's been very accommodating through all of this supply chain mess everyone's had to deal with. Delivery was seamless and I received excellent customer service from Neelesh who assisted in setting up the pick up of our washer.

I have had some problems with my sales dealings with CAS over the phone, I understand some things are beyond their control such as pandemic backlogs, manufacturers not being able to get parts, discontinuing certain items. Thank goodness for good customer service representatives though who follow through with what they promise to do. One such individual was Dishnee Virasami, her cheerfulness, professionalism and follow-through were very much appreciated.

Diresh Seeboruth gave me a call first thing the next morning after placing my order to confirm that Canadian Appliance has the G. E.stove in stock and offered to arrange for a suitable delivery date. I asked if it could be delivery in 2 days on my Friday day off and he said that would be possible and booked my delivery for Friday. He explained that I would get a call the day before delivery to let me know a 4-hour window that the stove would be delivered. He confirmed my credit card information and finalized the sale. He was kind and courteous.

Diresh provided great service telling me my item was in stock and arranging a convenient delivery date. He explained the process clearly; that I would receive an email 24 hours before delivery and be given a four hour window of time when it would be delivered. He invited me to contact him personally if there were any issues. This was a positive on line purchasing experience.

I received excellent customer service and extremely fair pricing with my order of a washer/dryer set through Canadian Appliance Source Calgary. I do a lot of price comparing and online research before my purchases and their prices are often the best ones I find. I would definitely recommend them.

No stars if possible. I was told I need appliance that week or I will look somewhere else. FIrst told wednesday, then when order was gind through told friday instead. Thursdau get an email that delivery window was 1040am to 240pm friday. As i have a toddler and pregnant wife got my mom to go over all day just in case. No on came so at 3 they called and were told by 4 latest. NO ONE SHOWED UP! Basically a day wasted with both of them waiting. A call to customer service and redirected to Toronto. No apology just a these things happen. HA HA! Great way to run a business. On top of that some one from delivery service decided to sneak a note on our door that they tried to deliver to protect themselves. Wanted to go party early for the long weekend I guess. Besides this you are pushed to buy a warranty by sales like alot of people. I went with lowes now who will match the price if its not already better, and Im getting delivered in one day. GO to a reputable place not someone who says lowest price but then has the worst service!

I can NOT recommend this company at all. When we went to install our new dishwasher, we instantly realized there was a problem with our existing plumbing and wiring that was going to make a lot of extra work to fit the new unit. We called within 24 hours of purchase and simply wanted to exchange the unit for one that would avoid all this extra work. We were referred to Customer Service, explained in detail our problem, sent pictures and were even willing to pay the 25% restocking fee. Within 10 minutes we got a one line refusal, denying us an exchange, saying that the unit was 'used'. It had never been installed and all that was missing was the cardboard box.
I did get it installed after rewiring and replumbing, but we will never buy from them again. Truly, the worst Customer Service people we have ever encountered. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered a stack-able Samsung washer and dryer to Anil Sahel of this company. He told me there's only one left and I have to order it now. I ordered it and ask him for the terms of payment. He ask for a cheque prior to delivery. I go thru the process of getting the board approval pushing the Accounts Dept to cut a cheque on urgent basis. The following day I ask Anil to whose name the cheque should be address. He told me the unit is sold and it will take 3-4 weeks to deliver another unit. I ask him if I can talk to the manager but he said he already involve the Manager and he cannot do anything about. I ask him maybe the manager can do something to help in the situation. But I feel he is not interested to help or do business with me. I blacklisted his company and cancel the credit application he gave which i plan to get another 3 units of stackable washer and dryer. If I'm the owner this company, I'll fire Anil Sahel since he is a liability in a company. I give this company minus 1 star. Thnx Ted

I recently purchased a GE microwave. My sales person waa Anil. I am very impressed with the pricing and especially the level of customer service I received. I almost definitely shop her again and will most definitely deal with Anil.

I had very good experience dealing with Leanne. The fridge I bought 15% less than other retailers. I called her 3 times before I made up my mind. She remembered me each time and was courteous, professional, and made me feel important to her. Item was in stock and I picked it up same day.

Very high re-stocking fee at 25% for a low cost appliance like an under-cabinet range hood. It's exactly like paying $50 entrance fee just to check out the store. I think I will only go to HomeDepot or Lowe's from now on.

I got the best deal here on laundry pair over Calgary market. Please visit their store personally to get great deal.
Wayne's salesmanship was great there as well.

I highly recommend CAS. Please visit CAS if you are really looking for a great deal, no need to visit other stores at all.

We have purchased a dishwasher previously with CAS and just today had a freezer delivered. Leighanne helped us find a larger in-stock freezer at a better price than what I originally was looking for. The delivery company they use are very professional and nice.
Prices here are always a couple dollars cheaper than the best price I can find elsewhere. I know because I am cheap!

Horrible experience! I bought a washer and dryer from Anil. The dryer frame was damaged when it was delivered but I didn’t realize it until I turned it on and it was making a loud grinding noise. I had to do a warranty claim before I could use a brand new appliance! I wish I had read other reviews before buying because it sounds like these guys are in the business of selling broken appliances. The salesman and customer service avoided my phone calls and emails. I don’t recommend this place. Stick with Trail or Coast Appliances where they stand behind what they sell.

Leighanne at the Calgary store was very helpful. I didn't use the delivery or installation services, but the in in store customer service from Leighanne was great. I picked up the dishwasher brought it home and installed it, upon unpacking I noticed a bracket for one of the wheels was broken. I called Leighanne she put me through to customer service which put me through directly to Whirpool. A technician came out and the part was replaced within 2 days.

My dishwasher broke down and I needed something at a reasonable price and good quality.

Walked in and right away I was greeted and offered coffee or water. Then I was introduced to Nelson after very clearly stating I needed a dishwasher and here is my budget. I was open to a floor model or something with minimal/not noticeable damage. Nelson knows his brands and I ended up leaving with a very well priced LG floor model. I love it!

They have a great selection here and I never felt pressured or like I was being up-sold. They knew my budget and stuck within it. I even purchased an extended warranty on top and was only $60 over what I thought I would spend.

I recommend at least checking CAS out if you are looking for appliances. Some of their sales and floor models are at least 10-15% lower than other stores from what I could tell.

Thanks! Maybe one day I will be back for the Kitchen Aid fridge that has a Keurig built right into it. Amazing.

Awesome customer service we went in to purchase a microwave and the price was the same as panisonic was advertising, the salesman was so helpful even making sure our original trim kit would work, also explained the return procedure if we had to. We purchased our new fridge on Boxing Day. The sales person was very helpful. Understandably due to the holidays there may be a delay. That said we had been told two weeks for delivery. Today is Jan 24th and still no fridge. They contacted us after a phone call and email asking what was going on. Now they are saying its not in stock and never was. I guess I have to beg the question is why they would sell us something that is not available. We are very disappointed with this company and would advise caution when dealing with them like many other I see in the reviews.

Good prices but be prepared for poor customer service. I purchased a stove on a Sunday and arranged delivery for the next Saturday. I found out on the following Friday that my delivery was not scheduled so the salesperson rescheduled for midweek which didn’t work with my schedule, so I rescheduled for two weeks later. Frustrated by the delay as my old stove wasn’t working, I decided to find someone to pick up the stove for me.

Next was the hassle of trying to get the refund for the delivery charges. Although they showed on my invoice, I had to call customer care to actually get the refund processed. They sales folks and finance people don’t seem to communicate nor was I told that I had to make special arrangements to get my refund. It was only after comparing my invoice to my credit card statement that I realized the refund was not processed. I’m waiting to see if the refund is processed as promised.

Today, one week later, my stove burners are not working. Really curious to see what sort of hassles come next and I just found out I have to deal with the manufacturer because the stove is not working.

I recommend shopping elsewhere. Be careful!

** update. Received two appliances but no notification from CAS! I only discovered my delivery of my dishwasher as I was calling them for answers. Thanks for the mad dash on a Friday night to get my old appliance uninstalled. Customer service fail at every turn.

Paid in full for three appliances almost a month ago. I have no appliances and I am being passed from person to person with no answers, results or refund!

What a most pleasant experience. We bought a new washer and dryer over the phone through Amanda. We knew what we wanted so there was really no need to visit CAS. We found Amanda to be very personable, extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable. The purchase and delivery was flawless. Five stars for Amanda.

Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to purchasing a new washing machine. She was able to arrange delivery immediately for us, ensure that our old machine was taken away and disposed of, and explained how the entire process worked. She was even able to arrange for additional warranty coverage for us. The entire process was smooth and easy and took less than half an hour from start to finish. The next time we need another appliance I will absolutely be visiting her.
