Extremely dissatisfied with this business. Negligence and short staff contributed to our dog getting attacked while at the doggie daycare. I was not phoned to notify me of the attack, was only told when I picked up our dog and was also told by the staff that they knew and were fully aware that the dogs were getting “excitable”. If they knew the group of dogs where our dog was with were getting “excitable” why didn’t they do something about it. Sure things can happen between dogs at any given time but if you’re there directly supervising them, reading their body language you can be proactive. Our dog has a severe laceration to behind her ear which required a vet appointment and stitches. There was no follow up call to see how our dog was and when I called and left a message twice for the owner Leanne to call me back there was no call back! We still have money that we paid for service but I know we won’t see that returned. Worst experience ever, do not use this service there are other ones that can provide a supervised doggie day care.
