A cave of their own for 200-500% below-market-value price. Caring people. After-hr security for very-rare incidents. It isn't always perfect, but this place obeys CAN & AB laws. Many middle class & rich crave this place. But, most wouldn't adapt beyond their words for a chance at this. P. S. Nowhere is perfect, but, this place is close, per capita.
