Canadian Pizza& Fritou

Worst CPU location in Calgary, pretty sure they are ignoring the CPU brand rules and thus damaging the reputation of my favourite pizza chain. Avoid this location.

Guy working January 28 night by far made me and my friends never wanna come back. First off we saw a mouse near the front of the store go under the garbage. Second off the guy Said that by the slice was done after 10: 00 even though many times at the location downtown they serve it after 10: 00. Proceeded to try and convince one of us to buy the slice that looked like it had been sitting there for days. Prices also here seem to be overpriced.

Not clean.

Extremely slow.

Doesn't commit to the opening hours.

And doesn't provide free sauces for the pizza by the slice like all other pizza stores (hot sauce and ranch dressing).

Over charged later return when checked by one the employee.less Chicken even ask for one topping. Charged for sauce but didn't put in box. Took almost an hour.

My first time trying cpu. The garlic cheesy bread was awesome. Use sweet donair sauce as a dip instead of the one they give. Speedy service and good service. Will be back ty

Halal pizza with all your favourite toppings. Freshly made, reasonable price and delicious. We have been ordering for years and they never disappoint.

Never come here between 2: 00-4: 00. They have no pizza in the oven and no pizza by the slice. Cheap and lazy

This is our to go pizza place. We love their cheese pizza. It’s not oily or soggy, bake to perfection. Whenever we ordered their pizza while meeting friends it’s been always a hit. Yesterday we ordered 2 large pizza and 2 Pepsi cans and 1 ginger ale can. They upgraded the Pepsi into 2ltr and gave one extra pizza, large size. Great customer service!

First off. I stopped in for what I thought was going to be a quick lunch but found out that's not the case with this place.while I was waiting on my order for what seemed like forever I leaned on the counter and noticed a few mice darting around the floor. I mentioned this to the man that took my order and asked for my money back and will not ever go back there. God only knows what those mice have gotten into.

I didn't like my experience with this restaurant mainly because I drove a long way and they don't serve chicken in the last hour. Now, that's a poor reasoning. So, i bought poutine, the fries were extremely soggy in the gravy and they barely tasted like fries. I can tell the worker is over whelmed and is used to working alone. If you guys need better reviews then hire more people, so your worker is not over worked and feel the need to start shutting down an hour early.

Note: the worker needed 20mins to make the poutine. Probably was buried in orders and had no help?

Disappointing taste; not enough cheese, chicken on the pizza wasn’t fresh. Seemed like pizza was made in a rush.

Best pizza in Calgary. Hands down. Reasonably priced. U can add additional toppings without breaking the bank. Love this place.

We recently ordered pizza from CPU in Calgary using doordash, and I can say it was the worst pizza ever. We ordered one chicken and one donair pizza, and the bread in both was not cooked.felt like a sweet gooyi sauce and so disgusting. The donair pizza had a few slices of donair and it created an embarrassing moment. We will never order from CPU Calgary again.

They're not professional at their job they should learn a lot especially how to talk with customers.because there is no respect at this place

One of the best chicken in the city. I love it. It's cooked fresh and it tastes so good. You have to try it. I cant believe it tastes better then KFC. Thank you cpu & fritou

Do not buy from this restaurant I tried it once and it was the last one too, unclean food, bad service. I really don't recommend buying from here

Interior looks good. Definitely an improvement over the years.

Samosas a rip off and horrible. They charged me $10 bucks.

Took them an hour to make my order which is too long nowadays.

Awful service. Ordered wings through SkipTheDishes. Looked online and saw that the wings were much cheaper if I used their (restaurant's) delivery service, or picked up in store. Wings with SkipTheDishes = $10 for 6 wings. Wings from their own store = $7 for 6 wings. I was wondering why they were ripping off customers and so I called the restaurant. They told me that I should call SkipTheDishes since they have nothing to do with the prices. Which was really weird, because why would SkipTheDishes choose what to charge for items at a restaurant? If you order from McDonalds or other restaurants from SkipTheDishes, the prices for the items don't change, so I don't get why I was lied to. Restaurants should handle the upcharge, if there is one, and not throw it onto the customers.

The man who I spoke to on the phone was getting increasingly angry from this conversation, and he ended up hanging up without saying anything. Very childish behaviour.

The food itself was extremely mediocre. The wings were extremely bony and small. $10 ($7 in-store) for basically wings that you could pick your teeth with. Do yourself a favour and just go to Superstore and buy a pack of wings and heat them up yourself.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store.

On a Friday we called at 1230 to place an order no answer, call agian at 1250 no answer. Drove over and arrived at 1am, they said the kitchen was closed. Online and in the store it says they close at 2am. The guy was pretty rude also. Definitely not going back.

Horrible pizza, got order wrong. Not impressed at all.special deal he said was only for pickup, but not on the advertisement.so it cost $7.00 more.

This branch of Fritous has always been a lifesaver when we are going home late at night and we are in need of a quick chicken fix. They are open late and that alone is worth it

Pizza was okay but Large popcorn chicken for $10 is a 20oz cup and the 37st ave sw location sells it like popcorn size and almost 3x the size in a large red fruto box.super disappointed won't order here again.

The new employee who is from the phillipines was very rude and aggressive. I came at 10: 40 PM and tried to order chicken but the employee said that the kitchen is closed. Not sure what to think of this as the advertised weeknight hours is 11: 15Pm. After I ordered pizza, following paying the employee said to stay otherwise he will close the store. I asked for a refund after his comment.

Deal breaker when it comes to trying to secure repeat customers.

Going to be honest the delivery time was close to 45 to 50 minutes. But the Pizzas and Wings was Hot and the crust was just like it came out of the oven. The bottom of the pizza was not oily or soggy, it was perfect. This was the best pizzas I've gotten from Canadian Pizza Unlimited. I like to support the local business. It was definitely worth the wait!

Took them 1hr and 20 mins to deliver 2 pizzas at 12pm and the man rushed me off the phone when i called back after waiting 1hr already and the only answer he seemed like he could give me is that my pizza would be ready soon.i wont be buying from here again.this is by far the worst customer service.the worst part is he got the pizzas completely wrong lol.i strongly advise anyone to browse around to anywhere else before you risk eating from this location.
