I’ve used them on several occasions for business and personal, and they are always extremely professional and they get great results! Turell is my main contact and I would always ask for him first! Was pleasantly surprised at the ease at which the process is to sell my vehicle with the Canadian Remarketing Group. The process to facilitate the sale was seamless, and the team is super responsive and provided expert knowledge and an amazing customer experience! Can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I bought a 2012 Audi from This auction, at the time of auction, the announcement were positive, great vehicle sold under the Green light which means we can arbitrate with the auction if the vehicle has any major issue.
Couple of days later, we had a coded message on the dashboard (Gearbox malfunction) so we took the car to royal oak Audi for diagnosis where we were told that we need new transmission as this current one has major electronic problems, when we talked to the auction about fixing the problem or return the vehicle, they refused completely to work with us. Now we are on the hook for $10,000 to repair this major issue. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION, do not give them your hard earned money because you will be DECEIVED!
Ti auction People: Like you do to your clients, it will be done to you! We have all the documents to prove incase you use the classic response such as (your name isn't on our data base) SHAME on you auction people, how you sleep at night?

Very disappointed and frustrated. Purchased a vehicle for the first time in January, was listed as a green light. After I received the vehicle it needed an engine. The auction refused to do anything about this even though they “arbitrate”. After many months, in July I decided to give them another chance and bought another car listed as a green light, 2 days into owning it and letting it sit in my driveway it now needs a transmission and the auction once again refuses to even take a look at the vehicle after i’ve provided them with 3 certified mechanic reports and multiple other forms of evidence. Now i’m on the hook for a $10k repair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS.

I have dealt with Turell on both purchasing a vehicle and auctioning. Both experiences were top notch and I would highly recommend them. It was nice to deal with an honest, no pressure company for once:)

We can't say enough about this company! I initially reached out looking for a service truck and Turell got back to me letting me now he'd keep his eyes open for one. Most people say that but tend to forget about you if they don't have the right vehicle in front of them. Turell got back to us once one came in that was perfect for our needs. The process was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, genuinely helpful, honest and straight forward.

I had two other service trucks that I was intending to sell but Turell mentioned they had an auction option. Since we had such a good experience with the sale I decided to go with this and I couldn't be happier. They picked up the vehicles, had them cleaned up and the offers were fair once they came in. They were transparent and kept the communication up throughout the process. We even ended up having a lien on one of them and what would have become a stressful situation for me was completely dealt with by him getting all of the information and going above and beyond every step of the way.

Excellent experience selling personal vehicle. Under promised, over delivered. Easy to work with leading up to taking and prepping vehicle for auction. Vehicle was exposed to buyers that I would never have been able to reach on my own through a DIY approach.without any of the hassle of closing the sale. Our minivan was basically dead. The mechanic shop told us it was worthless. CRG sold it for us in no time flat. They provided exceptional service and we got way more than we thought we would!

Horrible company to deal with.they told me I was in a open That could be paid out at any time So I didn't really read the fine print so that's on so that's on me but I thought they were working for me I thought they were working for me so when I went to pay out the loan 2 months I out the loan 2 months later I was stuck in it for the next 4 years.and they could care less.
The worst part is we Specifically asked them if it can be paid out at any time and they told us yes.
