I am disappointed that dew worm in drumheller Canadian tire branch is more than any branch of Canadian tire store. Shouldn’t all Canadian tire store have the same price? I was charged $ 8.99 $$9.45 with tax. At least educate your staff why it’s not $5.50 like any other. Canadian tire store

It is both Canadian and has tires so I feel it lives up to the brand promise quite nicely. Definitely an old layout store, so easy to find things if you’re a Dino like me.

Easy to find things, familiar layout; always a pleasure to shop here. Not the biggest of CTC boxes but the staff makes up for it in friendliness! Recommended!

Typical Canadian Tire, no customer service at all, cashier with not a nice attitude today at all.

Not a great experience here the Manager and a sales representative with 'white hair' kept judging me maybe because of my color.only asked for a sealed product but they brought out 2 with a broken seal and kept forcing me to believe that, that's how they received it from the manufacturer how daft can they be.worst customer experience ever.

Bought and had 4new tire's installed asked to have spare returned to rack under truck didn't happen was told they don't usually do that standard procedure any other place where tires are sold and installed I'm a 66 year old man now fighting to put back in rack not impressed

Great service from Jocelyn and the service technicians on Saturday July 16.
They got my van in and replaced the alternator for me and had me back on the road to Home in Saskatoon in 3 hours, I had no appointment but got me in and they did their magic and got it done.

The selection is good, where not so good and why 2 stars. Where you pay not good everyone is led through a skinny way out usually only one till opened and its also customer service. When you leave store long lines have to fight your way out distancing at tills not good. Please fix your bottleneck.

Some staff slot more helpful than alot of the others.obviously just there to take a wage at the end of the week.

Good service and did way more that they had too for me, I will for sure recommended this store and shop for all your needs

The woman manager did not know where to recycle propane cans that they sell in the store. She is also not the nicest one.

Always something here at a great price. Hunting center is great. Big automotive center for repairs.

For being such a small Canadian Tire, I was surprised at the staff didn't know where anything was when we asked multiple people for many different things. Well stocked, however, and a fairly central location.

As per "policy" this store would not accept a return that was purchased from another store without applying it as in-store credit. Privately owned or not, Canadian Tire is a national brand. You can't have one store saying returns are accepted between different stores and then an oddball store rejects it. The manager here claims that outside returns cost him money, then how does an in-store credit help you when I can spend it at any Canadian Tire? This is a logical fallacy and a shady way of doing business which burns travelling customers and damages the brand overall.

Shopped there January 11/20 at 3pm, the lady at customer service was very rude and dismissive. She should not be at "Customer Service" when she clearly doesn't like dealing with customers.

We had to stop by here on the 12th of September on our way to Hanna. We found the staff to be very friendly, especially one who went out of her way to help me even though it was not product related. It was like getting service like you did in the "good ole days", where people were just nice for the sake of being nice. I didn't get her name, but even if it is getting someone a glass of water, it was appreciated and enough to make us return for our purchases the next time.

Has a great selection of different items and has a garage at a reasonable rate for quality price

I buy everything here. This is my second favourite store after the liquor store. Who would sign a petition to get Canadian Tire to sell beer too?

Great store full of everything you need in life! Stock up on unicorn poop and gummy pizzas. We bought a Dino stroller here on sale for a great price. Lots of great RVing products here.

If you drive an RV take advantage of the free dump station and water fill up here!

Service is nice i remove one star cause they don't have garbage bags before the window pickup in other fastfood companies i throw my old fast food bag in the garbage bag then i receive my new food from window

As a tourist I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff are! Asked for GoPro accessories and the guy really took the time to dig around and find them. Always appreciated!

Best one I have bin 2 in a longtime. Just never go to stettler service in stettler is really bad.

Always helpful and usually have what I am looking for. For small towns like us we are lucky to have them.
