Canadian Tire sales are great if you can catch them, good place to buy auto parts and so much more

Found something on their phone app and showed in stock. Asked an associate to help me find it only to be laughed at because "I have never seen that, we don't carry that". Took my business elsewhere as I was obviously wasting their time.

Went for oil change charged me for Castrol Edge in the bill, but they used motomaster oil questioned them why they did this? Rep said mechanics supposed use Edge but don't know why he used this oil. I feel its a daily routine for them. They altered the bill at the end. My advice to everyone is that please don't trust blindly. Charged me for Top ups even after I tell them not to top up anything.

The worst customer service ever! Their staff is SUPER rude and unprofessional!

We need a store like this in town but the staff is absolutely useless and no help. Hate to say it but easier to buy online and then you don’t have to deal with this staff
