Do not book here I made a service appointment and on the day of drop off I took some time off work to bring in my truck and was told it was “first come first serve” even though I had booked an appointment and said the truck would have to wait there for three days, for a tire swap, and they would not honour the online booking. Horrible customer service as-well.

Battery guy almost didn't sell the replacement for the lawn tractor THEY SELL. Luckily another more knowledgeable staff member happened by and told him what to give me.

Always a great selection and stock. Staff can be hit and miss though.

However, vehicle service other than tires for me has been horrendous.
My car sat for more than 3 hours with the wheel off for an inspection only, no actual repairs being done. So disappointed

Leduc is fortunate to have a well managed Canadian Tire. From automotive parts to housewares it's well stocked, clean and organized. Staff is helpful and efficient, always been a good experience for us.
The garden centre has to be the best in the region! Auto parts is well stocked.
Auto repair counter is friendly and knowledgeable.

Good selection but sometimes I think it would take the same amount of time to drive to windermere and back that it takes to get through the check out. Give yourself an extra 15-30 mins when coming here.

After being treated poorly by Canadian Tire North (Red Deer) I called Leduc in hopes of finding some help! I can't express how amazingly helpful the lady was! To start.she couldn't apologize enough for how the other store treated me and spent a great deal of time trying to help me find tires that would work. She did find me some, although the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay. But she definitely did everything she could to help, instead of sluffing me off! She is an example to follow on how customer service should work! Thank you so much Leduc Canadian Tire! You restored my faith in Canadian tire! I wish I could remember your name, but thank you!

Best selection in of plants at discounted prices in the fall. My favourite Canadian Tire. We go out of our way to check out plants in September.

They had just put tar down on the cracks in the parking lot on a 30° day, however, failed to put up any signage or blockades. I didn't realize the tar was wet behind my car, and I stepped in it while loading my purchase. From there, it got on my dress which essentially painted my legs and feet in tar. Luckily it wasn't hot enough to burn but it was quite the ordeal to get it removed from my skin, and the shoes and dress were garbage.

Having allways used the service department to look after my vehicles.this time had been the worst it has ever been. For a simple brake job.it's the fifth day and still isn't completed.sending me home knowing they put a faulty caliper on it.they told me it was safe to drive home.and park it till the 3rd caliper was ordered in.and then I had to have a tow truck tow it back in last Friday night.because I could not drive it. I am just a bit upset. I called head office customer service.and still waiting to hear back. This is not acceptable from any company to put your life at risk. I could have caused an accident if the back wheel had locked up on the highway instead of my driveway. Please check around before you settle for a highly recognized company.such as Canadian Tire.

Purchased soil and fertilizer and went outside to pick it up. Sat there waiting for over 15 minutes before finding the items I purchased and loading them myself. It’s a good thing I am an honest person.
Also asked the cashier how much it was to rent the carpet cleaner and was simply told “I don’t know” before she turned away and started helping the next customer in line behind me. Was a little surprised to be honest.

This store is jammed packed, maybe a little too jammed packed but, all.kidding aside it is a decent store. Staff was helpful, well stocked store.

Extremely unorganized, employees have no knowledge of anything in their department. Will never go to that location ever again.

Unfriendly, uninterested staff staff overall. One staff working at the customer service held up by a customer for 25 minutes and no call for any backup. Automobile section staff helped me very reluctantly when I asked.

Great place to shop. I live Northeast Edmonton and I am happy to go to Leduc to shop there as they always have a good amount of stock and are very friendly

Was looking for the Artic Hat for a friend. Unfortunately they didn't have one but the guy who was serving me looked up the nearest store that still had stock, and I didn't even ask! Great customer service indeed. And this was happening while another staff lady was looking in the store for me! Because of this service a few days later I bought almost $300.00 worth of stuff. I always reward good customer service. I will be back.

Terrible store to deal with, along with the entire Canadian Tire company. I bought a generator for $8000.00 online, order got cancelled by the parent company with no explanation, spent 3 hours on the phone to try to straighten it out, was told to contact Leduc store, Leduc store refused to sell the generator over the phone, Reordered online and paid again, got the confirmations on email and text that the generator was ready for pickup, an hour later got a phone call that someone else had bought the generator. Manager lied to me, customer service physically went out to confirm they had the product. It will take 5 to 20 days to get refund of $16,000 on credit card. Credit card company says Canadian Tire has not refunded. This store cannot be trusted to do their job, the company cannot be trusted with online purchases. The management cannot be trusted to do their job. After this review, All the response returned was an automated response, even that was pathetic, why would I call after 3 hours of call already.

If this report is for the CT in Laduc, we’ll let me tell you that it is more like an amusement park than a Big Box Store!

The garden center is in rough shape. Many plants are bone dry. The outside cashier's were ALL closed so you have to go inside and pay.total back tracking to your vehicle is ridiculous

This location is huge! It is stocked with tons of items you wont see at other Canadian Tires. Even some items you would be surprised at seeing. Tons of weird and unique statues / garden decor.see photos below. They had so much stuff in the aisles too. You would think the amount of products this store carries it would be dirty and cluttered and all around not a fun shopping experience but it was far from it. We came for one small item. Both my husband and I had to seperate and search the entire store looking at all the knick knacks we could find that would be helpful to us. We only came for one small part but got so many other helpful items for our house and our RV. Might have to drive this distance to this location even though there is two Canadian Tire stores by my house. Lucky for us the local stores didn't carry the one item we needed this location was the only one in all of Edmonton. We will be back!

I was so thrilled by the quick emergency service Jason Deitsch provided. My vehicle is for work and it was a late Sunday when I needed his help!

The technician, Ranjodh was spectacular. I don’t often give such glowing reviews but I just had to share with you all. Ranjodh has been with this location for three years and his knowledge, combined with customer service, is probably some of the best I have ever had.

Highly recommend this location.

Suddenly on the hottest day of the year a $19 fan becomes $129 and goes onsale for $69!
Oddly you could buy a larger one for $20 last week.
Never knew you could get raked over the coals twice in one day.

I purchase an egg chair for my outdoor patio yesterday. I put it together and it had a rip in the material which cannot be repaired. I called the Leduc Canadian tire (where I purchased) and this is the only store that carries this product. I spoke with one of the managers who I asked if they were able to possibly deliver me one as I am from Edmonton and had to hire a truck to get this item. She said no. I then asked if she would be able to hold one for me as I will have to schedule a truck and I’m not able to come in ASAP. She also said no. And if they all sold by the time I got to take it back I can just get a refund. It’s really sad they can’t write a note and stick it on the product to say it’s sold and hold it so I can replace my damanged item. I really want this chair and not a refund. Terrible customer service.

This is BAR NONE, the best Canadian Tire in Alberta! The best selection and very helpful staff. I wish the others would pay attention to how this branch is managed

Friendly staff and a huge inventory of items. Had exactly what I wanted and was given fantastic help from staff in finding out where the items were located. Also extremely helpful, polite and have to say positive cashiers even during this difficult period of consumer experiences they are trying to make a difference. Fantastic job is all I can say.as have often said be the difference that you want to see.and these individuals seem to be doing just that.

Went to purchase a tool box for work. Someone was there to assist quickly and we walked out with the box without any problems

I go here for the house plants they have a great selection and they have some great sales on everything else throughout the year.

Went for an oil change Saturday Feb 6 2021. Drove for 3 days only for my engine to start smoking. Brought it back to service absolutely nothing done for me. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t recommend any service done at this establishment. Dont stand by their techs. Dont stand by their word. Stay away

Leduc Canadian Tire may be the best around! Anytime we pass by on our way back to Red Deer before closing time. I make sure to stop in! Its huge, yet great service and well organized!
