The general manager Jay was very customer orientated. He borrowed us a store dolly in a pinch; while waiting for the one ordered to arrive back in-store. Thanks again!

Had to get skaters and helmets for the kids, Jay, the General Manager, took the opportunity to personally help each one with fitting the skates & helmets and make sure we had the best experience in store. Thank- you so much to the CT team for exceptional service and pricing!

Just want to say thank you to Aaron & the other manager, as well as the customer service at Canadian Tire. They didn’t have to help me out today, but went out of their way to do so. I greatly appreciate your hard work and efforts, on getting me through my situation.

Stopped in to buy an air filter for my car. Went to the computer by the filters to find which one I need. Computer does NOT give me the FRAM part number, only the Canadian Tire part number. So I go to where the fllters are, on the top 2 shelves. The only number visible is the FRAM part number, and filters appear to be in random order. So now I have to go to the parts counter. There is no one there. Finally someone shows up and I tell them what I want. First they look it up on their computer, then on their phone to find the FRAM part number. Then he went to the filters with me and checked every filter until he found the right one. It was on the top shelf, so he was gone again for 5 minutes to find a ladder.
After getting my filter, I look at the box to see if I can find the Canadian Tire part number. It isn't visible anywhere. So I spent 1/2hr at Canadian Tire for something that should be self serve and take 5 minutes! Next time I will avoid the aggravation and shop somewhere else.

They have party area was chking out and they have alot out so.side tracked.but have get cleaning n decluttering now.

The only can tire in Alberta that closes at 8, and won't let you fill your waters after 745, were building our house right now so this is a huge inconvenience coming into town

Dear business owner and associates.
Having had some odd experiences with this business in particular to overall shopping experience which, note, may be very biased in an overall business as rated on shopping vs service consumer buying experiences.

Don't even bother going here. Employees are pretty dumb. Store has very little stock. The one at the customer service desk seems like a real piece of work.

I asked an associate where their snow brushes were, she pointed and said over there somewhere. Then got sent 2 two different areas, the third one was right. I was late already. And really late after going from 1 end to the other end of the store.then it costed me 55 dollars for a brush.

TERRIBLE customer service. I also think it's ridiculous that you can't pay for auto services at the auto department. Went to pick up my truck and just had to pay for getting the tires put on, so I wait in line at auto to get the bill, and then they make you go wait in line at customer service, and then go back to auto, lose ur spot and wait in line again. Pretty stupid when every line has 20+ people

Worst Customer service, community representation and societal influence of youth that I have ever heard of or experienced in Drayton Valley. My spouse went in to purchase a bookshelf, after getting a store associate to load a very heavy box onto a cart, at the tills she became aware that the tag price of 190.00 and the computer price were off by 300.00. Upon asking to speak with a manager about the price difference between shelf and sku, she had the regrtful experience of being introduced to Michelle-manager on duty. Michelle's inital response about the price difference, over the radio was that the customer must have moved the product to a different location. When the associate disproved the accusation/assumption Michelle simply stated that price difference was too high, that they could have 10.00 off. That is of no consequence, as Michelle got off the radio she proceeded to make fun of my spouse, making inappropriate and inflammatory comments about her to other customers and to other cashiers (young adults), unbeknownst to Michelle, infront of our daughter. When called on her behavior Michelle laughed and stated that if my spouse didn't wish to shop there that she didn't have to.
Moral of the story, if you want to shop where you will be mocked pubically, accused of trying to change prices and be treated lower than second class, visit Drayton Valley Canadian Tire. Note to parents if you would like your children to grow up and exhibit similar traits, they are always accepting applications, I would suggest online as Michelle may mock or degrade your child if it was in person.

Called the auto service department the male that answered was obviously miserable and hates his job. Has made me take my business else where don't recommend to anyone

Was decent until the remerchandising. The closer it gets to being done the more confusing it is. Pretty sure there's more ammunition for sale at a book store, guess they're being like walmart and spurning hunters and sportshooters to fit in with the woke crowd. Sad

I suppose I'll be goin to Princess Auto and Cabelas way more. ‍️ If they don't want us shopping local there they're definitely showing it

It's a handy store. Easy to access. Sometimes a little overwhelming with all the stock in the store. It can be a bit Kostrophobic.

Went to the parts department and asked to get 3 keys cut, the guy there only cut me 2 and when I got home the keys didn’t even work, upon examination of the keys you could tell they weren’t even cut properly, highly suggest going to an actual locksmith who cares about reputation and customer satisfaction

Poor customer service, the staff know nothing about what is in the store and most of them are rude. Not only the worst Canadian tire but the worst store in Canada ever.

It is Canadian Tire just jammed so tight I don't think two carts can pass in the isles. Almost claustaphobic.

Was the worst service I have had their in a very long time, nobody at the tills.a huge line up, and a very rude cashier who refused to call anyone else to help

Went in to grab a camp stove before heading to the mountains. Found the perfect ones on sale and when it rung through it was almost double the price. When I inquired about the price I was told that there was no sale to which I was confused and asked them to please check. They didn’t even look in the right isle and when I went to the isle and showed them they just told me that they were Mia labels and the price was actually (the higher price). Even thought the stock they had put was named and priced as sale items. They didn’t even fix the sale sign and I left without buying anything. Absolutely terrible customer service
