Rant to this awful manager. Poor young woman at the cash register. Mistake were made in the pricing of items. I decided to take it because of the price. When it showed up to a different price I told the young lady, I’m sorry but it was like 20$ cheaper on the sign. She asked her manager. My friend went back to take picture of the sign when many other items like mine were. So it wasn’t someone that put it to the wrong place. Anyway the young women was gonna respect the price and that manager super rude called me name and told me if I couldn’t pay my stuff I shouldn’t be here. YOU DONT SPEAK LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS. He was rude, unprofessional and couldn’t respect the price mistake. I ended up leaving not taking anything and went to buy somewhere else just because of it.

Brought my car in for a change over In November, they kept my wheel lock key and claim to not have it. I was offered zero help or explanation as to how my belongings were stolen/misplaced or where it is now. Nor was there any offer to resolve the situation. Bring your car anywhere but here unless you want to pay out of your own pocket to fix their mistakes. I spent over $1000 on tires rims and a change over, last dollar this company will ever get from my family.
It should not be up to the customers to ensure sure your job is done correctly. Do better.

Very bad customer service, customer representative lady was very rude because i returned the product they put under wrong price label she didn’t even say sorry and acted like i did crime.disappointed

I needed a battery charger and the young guy helped me right away. I'm happy with the service there ️

The store is fairly clean and the staff are usually friendly. They have a fairly good selection of products.

Just sad that I purchased tires.only 2 and I had the rims.they still would not flip them over! 10 minute job.they seem they are privileged and wont give any other service that what is required by them SAD

My place to go for tools and camping supplies, keep your receipt. Staff are helpful all you have to do is ask. Seems all is good shelves Are well stocked Get your Shopping done early You can thank me Layta

Management at this location is not customer service driven at all. Purchased a product at a different Canadian Tire and went to return defective product with receipt with in 48 hours of purchase with original packaging intact and was told that they did not stock that particular item in their store so i was stuck with the defective item unless i want to drive 2.5 hours back to the location i bought it at. CT.return policy is you can return items to any store, unless the other store does not stock that item, how is the customer to know? Stupid return policy. Store level in Olds Ab.is they don’t care about THEIR customer. Had to go through head office which is Toronto to get any customer service. Ridiculous!

Daughter came in for an alignment, lift and ball joints were just replaced. Thye charged her70.00 to tell her the ball joints were gone. Ya, ok, just been replaced, They said there was movement in the lowers. NS.since its a jeep and they have movement from factory, actually by spec they are allowed 12-15 thous. Asked how they measured it and how much. Pry bar is what the guy said. They would not even give the proper amount of movement found. Of course because they didnt do it by the book. Will definitely not be back. Service manager did not want to speak to her. Not good folks, since we all work in the automotive field and know what is allowed or not. Any vehicle can be aligned, even with a ball joint that moves. Toe is what is to be fixed, not caster, camber. If you are going to try and screw someone, be sure of who and what you are talking about. By the way it was aligned elsewhere 2 hrs later. Properly.

Decent, but limited selection as it’s a small town location. For more range go to RD or a city.

(Automotive parts desk) Had the part I needed, staff was young and could definitely benefit by having someone with more experience at the desk to help them out a little. All in all they did a good job and I was happy with my experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a cashier her name was Queen lol great name for her she was extremely rude had no customer service skills at all I let her know I would be making a review on her and she did not seem to care at all or want to make my experience any better, she seemed very entitled and Maybe she should go sit at home on her throne. I run a business in town and I know someone like that would not be welcome to work with my customers and clients, she needs to go home and be a Queen

They almost always have what I want or need and there are a few very good people there, mostly adult staff. Its hard post pandemic to find good staff. I think younger people require more mentorship and guidance today than ever before, but there seems to be far less. Just my observation.

Management is horrible and rude when it comes to customer service and how they treat their employees. The general manager in practicular treats his staff very poorly and extremely rude to them. Would give 0 stars if i could just for him. The employees are alright and helpful, but seem very untrained for their jobs.

I had an appointment to get summer tires and an alignment. It took 3 hours to get the tires changed. They weren't able to do the alignment.

Front desk staff were polite, accomodating and fun to chat with. 5 stars for them.

Went In to buy 1 bolt the website said was in stock, I waited at the counter for 45 minutes while 3 people served 1 other customer. Then took 3 minutes to tell me they couldn't find the bolt in the back

Good selection usually, and when things are on sale, like tools. They're reaaallly on sale. 4 stars only because I find alot of times their website has incorrect stock info and the store selected either will have when the website says otherwise or vice versa.

85$ for break pads became 142.
Labour to change breaks, put winter tires on bare rims (provided). 2 shop hours. They had my car for 45 mins and charged me DOUBLE then my nice little comment? After dropping almost 500 (and I talked them down on labor) It states the rims are bent and tires starting to come away. So basically I just got taken for over 400$ for a set of breaks. I will NEVER go back.

Great work from Keith and a dark haired girl who my Uncle Dave can’t quite remember the name of! (He got me to leave this review). He says you folks helped him a ton and got his tire swapped out fully! Excellent service, top notch! Big thanks to your team!

I love this store! It is clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and I’ve never been given ‘attitude’. Seems like they are always having some really great sale events. I am in a wheelchair and have found it very easy to navigate the entrance, the aisleways, the bathrooms etc. I enjoy shopping at this Canadian Tire.

In most ways a very typical Canadian Tire store. Washroom facilities are often a bit below par in terms of repair and cleanliness, but certainly not bad. For the size of store most departments are proportional in terms of selections of goods on offer except perhaps the sporting goods knife section - very little there and it has been halved in size when they did a recent store renovation doing from small to tiny. For a store so near the mountains the sporting goods that accomodate camping equipment is good sized with reasonable selection.
Automotive parts and service department seems to be constantly turning over with staff, I wonder why that is, the rest of the store doesn't have this problem to the same degree. Retail will always have staff turnover but this is unusually high which is why I mentioned it. It leaders to lower levels of service in that department.
