Canadian Tire

Have yet to recieve a response. Goes to show that racism is alive and well at candian tire. I think the surrounding communities need to be aware. Ive never experianced anything like this atbthis location previouse to this visit.

Walked in to the garage and didn't realize it was so close to closing 6pm. I was met with disgusted and disapproving looks by all 3 staff members. I tried to apologize and was quickly cut of by the lady and the gentleman helping me. I then tried to again say something about coming in so close to closing and was again cut off. I remained polite said thank you and was ignored. I don't know if it was a racial issue or just a bad day for these staff members. I will be sure to share this experience with my community and loved ones. I never thought I would be made to feel like a nobody by people who agreed to the standards set by Canadian Tire.

Camping with my family and drove into town for the airshow. Had brake failure and took my Tahoe to Canadian Tire Auto Service hoping they could fit me in during a busy time as I only had the campsite booked for a couple more days and would not be able to tow my trailer home with two-wheel braking. The assistant manager Bryn was really amazing. He looked at my truck and saw the issue right away. He said they were pretty busy, but would be able to get to it the following day, which I thought was great. I got a hotel room expecting to stay for the night. It was about three hours later that Bryn called to say they were able to fix it in between scheduled jobs. The most amazing thing was that this was an opportunity for them to fleece me. But instead, the repair bill was probably the lowest vehicle repair bill I've ever seen! They charged me $6 for the part, and only about an hour labour! Thanks Bryn! You guys saved my bacon! I did, however, spend $75 for a shower, a cup of coffee, and a couple hours of TV watching in the hotel. I'll take it!

It's a Canadian Tire, it was clean and air conditioned.staff seem to be knowledgeable and are very helpful.

Very nice store. Good selection of hunting rifles and shotguns to go with all the automotive, kitchen and sports items.

Be very careful at this location there seem to be thieves everywhere. I have been going for a year and have had thing go missing constantly from this location. My wallet from my back pocket three yeti coffee cups and a silver key chain. I go everywhere else and never lose anything but I put it down for one second at this Canadian tire and it's gone.everytime this happen I ask the staff for help but am laughed at.not a great experience all in all be careful.

We needed a closet rod. Looked online told us it had lots in stock and what aisle. Ran in and out in 5 min. Love they show the stock and aisle

I don't go there very often due to the nonsense during the pandemic with regards to those with mask exemptions. I don't have to show my medical history nor my drivers license when I go to the hospital, but I have to stand there singled out as to why I am not wearing a mask at a damn hardware store

Parts desk should keep the young guys stocking shelf so they learn where stuff is. But the auto service top notch the saved my bacon only place in town now that I will go to for tire service

They always have what I need and will always have a member of staff ready and willing to direct me through the store with their new layout

One of the best stores in Alberta when it comes to variety, alot to choose from at a great price, the service is outstanding and at the right time no line-ups

Had a flat tire on Boxing Day evening. Phoned the service department and they were friendly, helpful in fitting me in and phoned me as soon as it was done. I will definitely return my vehicles there

Staff is friendly. Only place in Cold Lake that allows big pet bottle refills for $2.5. Mineral water is available. They have a ton of coffee products in stock but it's more expensive than No Frills or Walmart.

Otherwise no different than a standard Canadian Tire. I went around 6pm on a Saturday evening and the store was close to empty in terms of customers. Not sure how the business is sustainable with items that are clearly overpriced and customer base is very low.

This store violates customer privacy. I have a client who was accosted for not wearing a mask even though she had an exemption due to medical reasons. Your store asked for proof which is highly illegal. There may be a lawsuit pending.

I just had the best experience at Canadian Tire I ever have! I’ve used Canadian Tire for almost everything I can and they have been my go to store for Yard Machines, Snow Plows, anything and everything Christmas and so on from big city’s like Toronto Ontario, Edmonton and Calgary Alberta, and now my main store Cold Lake Alberta.

I dealt with General Manager William Orosco and on all levels he was amazing to deal with, he was very punctual with emails, contact, pricing, and all in all anyway he could help he really gave 100% on all Levels. I spent over $5000 today on a Snow Plow for my truck, a Real Christmas Tree, and some miscellaneous Christmas decorations. I had to wait for some funds to come in to be able to purchase the Plow and it was the only one left in all of Alberta. Not only did he put it on hold for me, he brought it inside to get warm in the warehouse, got me the best price possible, and did all that through email after I had called the store one time! Go William! Go Canadian Tire! Thank you for everything you have my purchases for life!

Was followed all over the store by a lady who pretended to be sweeping than she'd take up the whole walk area no courtesy and when we paid for everytging walked out.so happened the beeper went off so me and my bf walked thru again. Just to prove it wasnt us but than that lady real rudely ripped the bag out of my bfs hands was not nice at all. Most horrible experience

The biggest and best stocked Canadian tire I've ever been in. Huge toy selection, massive firearm and fishing selection. Tones of aisles to explore. Very impressive for a rural store.
