I can get everything I need here. I'm there on a daily basis. But hard to find a clerk to help you.

What kind of store sells you the wrong product then demands to see your I'd and phone number to return the item with a receipt, the customer service person basically tells you whatever, disscusting.

Not as big & bright as some other locations. Had a hard time navigating. Staff was extremely helpful. Called the warehouse for product that wasn't on the shelf & it was promptly brought out to me

Found youth volleyball kneepads that I was looking for at this location. I'll admit that I only go here if I can't find what I'm looking for somewhere else. The store has lots of stock, but maybe not a lot of storage space. The shelves are stacked so high up on top that it feels a bit claustrophobic. The aisles are tight and main aisles are full to the point where it is hard to get from one side of the aisle to the other.

Had problems with their gun locks

Awful customer service at the Camrose location. Wether purchasing online or in store there’s always a problem. Has been an ongoing problem for a couple of years unfortunately. Super disappointing as I never have issues at other locations.

There was literally no helpful staff around. So we helped ourselves to the 'staff only' ladder (after waiting and looking for assistance) to reach something high up. Only to have an employee yell at us, stomp up the ladder and get what we were after, then stomp off. Not once asking if we need further assistance. Super rude guy.

3 stars because we found exactly what we needed, great prices and the young lady at the till was lovely. Next time we will just head straight to Walmart

Its alright they'll have most of what you're looking for. However they don't carry either motor oil I use. I need 0/40 for my x3 and 10/60 for my M5.

The crew at Canadian tire are absolute life savers. My freezer quit and they let us come in just past closing to purchase a new one. Thank you so much to all Canadian tire staff.

Great sales on tools. Great website with accurate store inventory with aisle numbers. If the website says they have it, they almost certainly do.
Crowded stores, narrow aisles.

If you want to leave a Canadian Tire store, you have to go through a sales till. If you're not buying anything, you'll have to either excuse your way through the crowd of people waiting in line, or stand in line to leave.

Like most stores, the most helpful & polite staff are generally the teenagers.

Beautiful store and well located but, how can you have your service department close on Sundays? Does that mean that you should never travel on Sunday? Come on this is 2022.

The staff here really know what they are selling, which is super helpful. The automotive counter is great and the sport shooting area is also knowledgeable. Great job, it makes it easy to get in and out in a hurry.

You can find everything you need there, if you have issues the staff is always willing to point you in the right direction

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection at the auto shop there. Ran fine. Had a grind. During the inspection they messed around with my serpentine belt. It's now not routed properly on the pulleys. Will not be going back for any auto Care.
Very disappointing as I live out of town and could've been stranded on the highway if it wasnt caught soon enough.
