DONT Shop here folks.
Order product, they don’t call you, even though they say they will. You wait and wait only to find they had it the whole time.
Then they book you in, but they don’t. So when you show up they call you a liar and make you wait three hours to get your work done. So you go to the general manager and she doesn’t care even a little. So go the owner and he tells you to go shop somewhere else.
But here’s the worst of it, you go to Canadian Tire corporate and they care less than the other two.
Long story short, there are so many good stores out there who care about your business and have great customer service. Save yourself the pain of dealing with this company.

Consistently out of stock, ordered online because of this consistent issue was supposed to be ready for pick up 10 days ago got sick of waiting and finally called in turns out the store had one sitting in stock the whole time. So disappointing I will just drive to sylvan lake or red deer next time rather than trusting the store to get it right.

On Friday a lady named Kelly phoned me for a job after the customer managed to secure a gun and ammuntion and point it at employees left a message then another there the lady who answered the phone said she said take a message is it Kelly Boswell of Boswell Holdings management is incompetent oh and enjoyed the one door exit shouldering past customers not very theft proof for a gun so not much thought put into customer safety where can I get some bulletproof clothes if I go there as a customer looking for a pressure washer letting the customer get to a gun shows how bad it is here. All Canadian tires are individually owned so its not the Corporation its local. I expect the poorly constructed responses mostly a cop out call the number we care. Ouch.

Pretty good as far as Canadian tires go, their automotive department has a little bit of everything to get you going and they're open late/ weekends

Sooooooooo many sales! When this store marks things down, they mark it down! What great service!? Thank you Canadian Tire, Rocky for making it possible to buy things when you put them on sale. Store is always clean and east to move around in. The website is live so you always know what is ACTUALLY in store.

I have made numerous trips to this store to buy items that are supposedly in stock according to the website, only to get there and find out they are not there.

I just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Sara R.from this location has great customer service. We purchased an electric fireplace from them online for delivery to our shop barbershop in Red Deer. When they went to pull the order they were unable to find the one it showed in stock and Sara called and asked if I would be interested in taking the floor model. She also offered to have a new one shipped from another location if I was uncomfortable taking it. I was fine with the floor model. However, when they pulled it off the shelf there was some minor damage. Sara called again right away explained what happens and offered to take pictures and email them to me to decide if I was okay with the imperfections. When the email didn’t come through she even text them to me from her cell phone. In the end they found the new one they had in stock and everything worked out fine. But I really want to acknowledge the help and customer support they Sara provided. Thanks again Sara it was much appreciated.

Not your grandma's Ctire, they are loaded but it's a little pricy because of the location.

This store is so unorganized.under staffed and never has workers at the till when its busy.always a wait in a long line.

Never fails everytime I pass through here and stop at this store, there's always a line up to get to the till.they should get those self check out thingy's like at Walmart down yonder in that thar big city with those big city lights and fancy moving picture show places.

We came to this store not to shop, but a good place for a stop over if you are on your way to Abraham lake or coming back from there. We gas up at the nearby gas station and had to use the washroom at this store. Not too crowded, easy place to wash up.

I made a purchase of an RV sewer kit. I came to the store the next day to return it because it did not fit on my RV. The girl at the customer service asked me if there was anything wrong with it. I told her it did not fit and she argued with me that it's universal and also it was used. I did not use it, it did not fit! There is a clear pipe on one end that had marking in it. I told her this is how it was when I purchased. She asked me why did I buy it then if it was damaged. I asked her why they had put it on the shelf in that condition. I also asked her if customers are to open everything for inspection before purchase. I did not get a refund nor was I offered an exchange. My RV is a 1985 and this part did not fit, therefore, I could not have used it in any way. I told the truth and was treated like I was trying to scam the store. I will return this item to another store. I will never purchase have anything in this store ever again. Furthermore, I will open ALL products I plan to purchase to fully inspect.
Bad attitude and lack of customer service.

We are able to purchase many items required to operate at Canadian Tire. In addition we purchased most of the bedding plants for our pots and hanging baskets at the RMH location.
