Canadian Tire

This is probably my favorite Canadian Tire store for purchasing products (of the two Canadian Tires in Sherwood Park). They have a larger space for seasonal items in the front of the store - which means that the Halloween and Christmas selection is just PACKED with amazing things. They have a large Party City section as well, with several decorations and toys to choose from. They also have plants and seeds year round in this store. The staff is always friendly, and you can find them in different aisles working away if you have questions or need assistance. I love the digital screens available for searching items and determining where they are located in the store. The checkouts are usually pretty quick, and they always ask if you are a rewards member. The parking lot is ample, including handicap/disability stalls. The store is clean, bright, and spacious. The customer washrooms are easily accessible, located at the front of the store, behind the checkouts on the right-hand side when you enter the building. The entrance to the store is on the left-hand side of the building, and then the exit is to the right. They have the gates/automated tickers that you go through upon entering the store, like most Canadian Tires, but they are larger and easier to get through with a stroller or walking assistance device.

Ray from auto parts and services was very kind and talked me through all of the options for winterizing my car, and helped me decide the best course of action. He also made sure my car got serviced quickly. I really appreciate his help!

No selection of hunting stuff and the if there is something it's double the price then cabelas

I haven’t been inside yet. Only ordered online and picked up my items outside. Took awhile for the employee to come out. Everything was correct and I was on my way.

I wanted to let everyone know what excellent customer service and care (which is lacking these days) that I received from Roy and Richard at the Emerald Hills Canadian Tire over the weekend! I will definitely be back to this location to deal with both of them. They were both extremely helpful and informative with everything I was needing for my vehicle! I will ONLY deal with the Emerald Hills Canadian Tire from now on! Thank you Richard and Roy for making my day on Saturday!

Always exceptional service from the curbside pick up team. We regularly order wood pellets and the team goes above and beyond to make sure they stay secure getting home.

Good friendly helpful staff, prices are competitive with other auto repair places. And they are Canadian owned, which for me is a big deal. I don't like to support huge greedy companies.

This store was very well stocked, the floors are clean and so was the bathroom. The cashier was very kind and helpful.

Its huge, there is an endless number of products, service was not really good. But that is also a selling ploy by CT. Let's customers look around more.

Got 4 Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus tires on my 2008 Pontiac G6 today. Staff & mechanics did a great job. I checked & price was better than other sellers. Check them out service was great!

John was very helpful with picking up a Christmas Inflatable. I had such a good customer service. This store offers great deals.

Good selection and a beautiful big location. Help is hard to find but is everywhere. Online inventory is accurate.

This store offers a huge variety of items with competitive pricing. Sometimes there are fantastic bargains. BUT. The returns and exchange area is always severely UNDERSTAFFED. It’s even worse now because of online order pickups check in. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

It's a Canadian Tire, it is what you would expect. Auto service department is decent and the store layout is convenient.

Just took a set of wheels in to get new Duratracs mounted and balanced. The tech and service staff all did an amazing job. They were slammed with tire changes and I expected a week turnover, only to get a phonecall that night saying my wheels were ready to be picked up. Picked up my wheels and installed them, probably the smoothest balance job I've ever had on a vehicle.

They were unable to process a return due to staff being poorly trained in processing an online purchase return. Better training of your team is required to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

It was around 10am, so it was pretty empty. I found what I needed within minutes, and checked out. Well organized.

I used a self checkout, seemed kind of familiar.

Canadian Tire is amazing. Still some of the best prices on items that you will ever see. Now they have extra bonuses if you spend a set amount. If you are buying the item anyways its a no-brainer. Keep it up CT.

This Canadian Tire location is exactly as expected for a Canadian Tire location, a huge variety of items, lots of stock on most items, hard to find an employee though if you need to ask questions. I will of course go back to this location though.

I am not going to waist my time anymore explaining the details of my experience, but I will summarise it by saying incompetent and disappointing. Try to support Canadian companies, but will have to re-think my future purchases here.

Went here to get a couple of extension cords and cat food. Actually I've been tothis Canadian Tire store three times in the past week. They always seem to have whatever I need. Great place to pick up little odds and ends. They have an amazingly varied selection of tires, tools, cookware, sporting goods, electrical and plumbing parts, space heaters (for in your home or garage - not outer space), pet supplies, garden tools and plants, and of course they have a huge variety of Christmas decorations. Lots of staff scurrying about keeping the shelves filled. Oh, I forgot to mention, they have a full service auto repair shop.
