My wife was looking for 2 items that were not on the shelf. No less than 3 staff went to hunt the items down. I got no names but one staff was deaf, she went above and beyond searching in the warehouse for a snow shoe. Many thanks to this lady and the other 2. Superb customer service.

No problems at first, everyone was very pleasant & helpful. Then I had to deal with a young woman. I should have gotten her name. She was working at the return & service desk. She was very rude, not at all helpful, spoke to me with a horrible attitude. She was so miserable I wanted to ask her if she has to pay to work there.

Unbelievable how incompetent the auto department is took my rims off to put new ones on didn’t have the washer to install didn’t check before disassembling old ones then they had my truck up for a whole day and a half just to put my old ones back on and still charged full price do not recommend taking your vehicle there at all

Horrible customer service at this store. The short hair lady at the desk (auto spare parts) has a horrible attitude, her customer service is non-existent.

I am very disappointed about it. I buy a bike there on Saturday and they tell me that the bike still not build yet. So I paid and they tell me they will call me when the bike is finished. I wait until Thursday I go to the shop. The tell me I order the wrong bike and they will build it within a day. But I get a call 15mins later. They returned the money to me cause the bike cannot build. And I check online I find out the price of this bike change from 189 to 379. Is it the reason why the bike is broken?

My alternator went out here and the staff were amazing! They ordered a part from Edmonton and repaired my rig in record time. They were kind and helpful and affordable. Driving from Jasper to Banff, solo on my Sprinter, I truly appreciated their knowledge, experience and kindness.

The lady at the automotive dept is extremely rude and arrogant. She answers every question in rudely and sarcastic tone. When I complained to her manager, he yelled at me instead. Apparently, she has been nuisance to other people as well, reviews from other people here prove that.

Hardly any stock, customer service used to be the best not anymore, nobody wants to help. It is so not like it used to be before all the renos

Three out of the four staff members who assisted were very helpful, and we located the items I was looking for. The one staff member just pointed to where the product was and continued doing her job. A good experience.
