Had my tires installed and balanced on new rims today the tech at this location is amazing was super kind and helpful answered all my questions and took care when handling my rims which is much appreciated thanks guys

Poor experience, did a tire change at store, unfriendly staff (not students work there, they were awesome), 1 hour late than promised time, did not provide accurate info & poorly mannered despite waiting 1 hour in the store for them to reply.didnt even bothered to keep spare & jack in the trunk properly & no customer courtesy, never going to do this again at store.

Decent place to shop, but I've had multiple poor experiences there, in the last 6 months. Certain staff members are very confrontational and tend to belittle customers, specifically when staff not adhering to voluntary sales practices (I.e scanning code of practice). Shopping shouldn't be a painful experience, and the staff shouldn't be giving attitude over totally neutral situations.

Went in the store to look for boxes for moving. I'm unfamiliar with the store and I didn't see anyone to help me in this dark store. They didn't have any boxes when I did find them, so I went to leave. I passed by a stand with 2 employees right outside the exit of the store. As I'm 10 feet away, I hear "Hi Miss! ". I ignore it. He follows me, and when I'm halfway to my car, he says "How are you? ! " I say 'I'm good thanks' and keep walking to my car. I clearly don't want to talk to this man. I have no more business at the store if they didn't have what I need. He follows me ALL THE WAY TO MY CAR AND STANDS OUTSIDE MY DOOR UNTIL I ROLL DOWN THE WINDOW. When I asked him what he wanted, he starts to talk about how they have a promotion going on, and I have to stop him to tell him that I'm clearly uninterested. He finally walks away.

It's completely unacceptable that a male employee would FOLLOW A FEMALE CUSTOMER TO HER CAR. For what? To tell me that some flowers are half off today? What a joke. Unnecessary cause of stress.

It has been a 4 times I have shopped at this Canadian Tire now and not a single time has been pleasant. The first 2 times I have checked on the website which has said they have items in stock which they did not. The second 2 times I was accused of shop lifting for simply wearing a backpack (the first time). There are no signs saying you are not allowed and I was greeted at the door both times but not told to remove it at the door. The first account I was hollered at by the manager and the second I was followed around the store. I called to speak with the manager and rather than trying to find a solution for this unprofessional conduct they kept making excuses on why hollering and stalking they're shoppers is acceptable.

Bad communication
I was there today to return car seat covers. When I bought it one of their cashiers said I have 90 days to return and 1 years for exchange. I have still Time to return but don’t want to give my money back
And one of the manager name John he has lack of problem solving skills and get angry with me. And he put my stuff away and Said he don’t have enough time to solve this. When I ask for higher managers they said I have to come back on Monday
