Overall to the store I give 1 star but giving 5 stars to Stanley in parts. Couldnt find any other clerks around so i asked him to help. He was amazing, very friendly. Helped me tremendously Great customer service Stanley!

Ordered something online for pickup. It was on sale and in stock when I ordered it. No updates the whole day, and then next day it's out of stock. Really disappointed. Clearly they didn't pick my item on time, and don't prioritize all customers.

Nothing to complain about. Great prices for vehicle filters and engine oil. Good service to.

A place where you can find many things and make purchases for minor auto repairs. There are filters, light bulbs, batteries, battery chargers and much more.

Familiarity of store because all Cdn Tire stores are more or less similarly arranged and the staff usually know where things are.

They held my car for two hours then refused to do the work on the car that would've taken said two hours, so it's very apparent that they are just wasting time to inflate prices on the service that they provide. They tried to quote me for $1400 of work that the car does not need, and when I told them I am aware there are issues they were condescending and said "so you know the check engine light is on? " I'm not sure where the supervisor in your auto department gets his ego but if he wants to act like a real mechanic he should go be one, and stop trying to rip people off at Canadian Tire. I only use your auto service for convenience, but when your techs are insulting and want to waste my day, just to send me off is anything but convenient. You need your tires rotated or aligned? Call any other tire place than here. Even the other Canadian Tire would be a better option.

I ended up spending $30 on brake pads at the north Canadian Tire and did the work by myself (rotated tires, replaced pads) in an hour and a half, and had a different tire place happily align my tires and not try to rip me off. It's quite sad that you would come to Canadian Tire for the convenience and price risking your cars health having kids, or men that are happy being a tire technician their entire life work on your vehicle, and then have them try to treat you like a ditzy blonde that knows nothing about cars cause you chose to use their service instead of a real mechanics?

Would not recommend this location. If you have the option to choose any other shop, I implore that you take the extra time to do so, cause you will end up wasting your time here anyway.

Lots of help from a lady who has been there for a long time just going to retire she is absolutely amazing. Friendly fantastic knowledge of the inventory.
The best personal in any store I have been in. Short on inventory for older vacuum bags for their shop vacs.

Typically has everything you need, if you time it with the sales you get if for a good price. They have a decent selection of tools as well.

Needed to get an inspection done for importing my motorcycle. They got me in right away and were very quick and friendly.

It was great! Stanley in the automotive department was a wonderful help. He helped me find light bulbs for my vehicles headlights. I always find exactly what I'm looking for and if I can't then there's usually someone who can help.

Stop the in here to get some Some windshield washer fluid great customer service. They even Carried it out to my car for me. Great service with a smile.

Big store plenty of products to choose. Staff helpful and polite and yes there is a washroom for the public.

I needed to get a replacement filter for my furnace humidifier. There was ample selection. The only problem was that the model numbers were not precisely what I was looking for. The staff assured me I could return the item if it didn't fit. Luckily, the fit was precise.

I recently visited Canadian Tire and was pleasantly surprised with the renovations they have made. The store is now more organized and easier to find things, making it a pleasant shopping experience. They have also updated their inventory, carrying some of the latest products. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is fast and easy. I highly recommend Canadian Tire for all your shopping needs. They are a great choice for the quality and affordability of their products.
