Very unorganized. Waited for a part never got a call back. Called them again.told me they would call me back and they never did. Auto department acts so mad. Don't feel comfortable bringing my car here again

I've purchased a few firearms from here, one of which was a Maverick 88 "COMBO" which is supposed to come with two barrels. After waiting for quite some time for assistance (my entire lunch break), I was helped by someone who said they normally don't work the FA case.
He grabbed the two FA's I had pointed out but the Mav 88 did NOT come with both barrels (as it's supposed to), only the 18.5" whereas the 28" barrel was missing. Of course I hadn't noticed until getting home and all sales are final for FA's.
I had also purchased FA's here previously which had very damaged boxes (bad enough to question whether the FA was damaged in some way beyond cosmetic).

After nearly two decades as a regular customer I will no longer be shopping at this store.

Shoutout to Jacob in auto parts! Super-friendly guy who was able to get me what I needed quickly.

Had a rubbing noise from my driver's tire. It was fixed and I was on my way quickly and the customer service was excellent

Haven't had a bad experience yet with this store and I've been going there for well over 20 years, they always have what I need and I've always had a good experience with the employees.

Excellent Service, we bought a gas refill for the BBK, but when we wanted to install it, our BBK didn't work and we went to return it, and they immediately refunded our money. Thank you Canadian Tire.

Best staff excellent manager. Awesome experience. Very well placed employees. Helpful friendly by far. The Store personnel were very accommodating and knowledgeable. One employee even assisted and accommodated my birds needs for food after work due to my birds food needs as I was immobile in the stores parking lot with my truck

Had interactions with 3 employees today at this location. Lady at return desk… super rude and not friendly… as well as the man in the auto department who I asked for help from. So, this 5 stars is actually for Janvi who was working checkout. She was the first employee who was smiling and said she loved her job! Every business needs a Janvi! Thanks for the awesome customer service and big smile!

The foreman Manny was an absolute beauty to deal with. He knew exactly what he was talking about and went over everything that needed to be done to the car and showed me while telling me what needed attention right away and what could wait. Would recommend him to everyone. Beautiful man he is.

Well stocked and organized. It's a fair size and things are easy to find. Not overly busy but tills are poorly placed along with customer service counter.

Incredibly poor customer service. We came in to purchase bedding plants this afternoon, after working on our land most of the morning. We had initially gone to the Emerald Hills location this morning and acquired a CT MasterCard to maximize our CT Money. Unfortunately Emerald Hills MasterCard terminal was out of paper and we were told to utilize the email we received instead. We went to this location as it is closer to our farm but we were treated like thieves, or criminals, upon checkout. First told we needed the paper, then aged for ID which is fine, but then denied outright after they scrutinized the email and ID, and made phone calls that were accusatory toward us. We are now on our way to Emerald Hills to make our purchase

This comes two days after trying to fast charge my 2023 Nissan Leaf at the Ordze Road Canadian Tire Flo Station, only to find out unable to initiate the changing session, nearly leaving me stranded as their level two chargers were both vandalized (the charger connection was cut on both) months ago.

Will not return. Will happily make the extra fifteen minute drive to not be profiled based on the fact that we are "unconventional" looking in comparison to most farmers in the area.

Head office doesn't care if you have a complaint will not shop there anymore because of not even following own standards feel for the good staff that work there.but don't buy unless I have to be desperate.i would say bout a battery charger didn't even last a year @80 plus bucks not easy cash to just loose

I recently visited Canadian Tire and was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. However, I was disappointed when one of the items I bought broke after only two uses. When I returned it less than a week later, I was only able to get an in-store credit.

Went ang got some plants for the garden. Had a decent selection, more stuff coming so ill check back next weekend.

These 5 stars are specially for Kash. He did an amazing job in finding the bikes we were looking for our twins. Thanks for all your help Kash. You are one great worker. Keep it up.

Auto Parts was useless today, lady kept picking up from call cue to put on hold, tried getting through 5x over half hour to no avail. Why even bother to answer if you aren't ready to help!

I am disappointed with the staff at the automotive counter. My key fob takes a battery and my vehicle dash board alerted me that the battery needed to be replaced asap. I live a half hour drive out of town, my husband was out if town, I am 72 years old and I asked for help to change the battery, because I don't know how and was afraid I might get stranded somewhere not be able to start the car or even unlock it. They flat out refused. I went to 4 other places, finally Napa Auto had the right battery and were happy to install it for me.
