The automotive staff are incredible.

I had my car inspection and my alarm kept going off due to some fault. Couldn’t figure it out but the mechanic worked with me after he was done to help and eventually we got that also fixed. He didn’t have to help.

I needed winter tyres really soon and the front desk managed to get some in for me. The clerk has answered all my naive questions with the most patience, kindness and confidence. Treat them well and they will treat you very well!

Young man helped find what I needed even searching for a 2nd heater for me. I was injured at the time and he even took my purchase out to my van and loaded them. If I stop in Hinton again I will gladly shop at Canadian tire

This location is a little small but it has a newly expanded hunting supplies area and the parking lot has been newly paved. Nice little store with good selection.

After a cold night in Mount Robson Park we stopped at the Hinton Canadian Tire and hoped the service department would have time to check our RV batteries. They were our 2nd stop, as the first place, a recommended battery store didn't have time for us. Ryan at CT, checked the batteries right away and found them both to be needing replacement, just as we we thought the issue probably was. It was late in the day, but he made time to change them out, saving us a great deal of time in our journey. He stuck to his estimate even though the total cost came out only a little more than quoted. We are very pleased with the service both at this location and in Edson, the next day, when another issue occurred with our van and our first thought was to go to a Canadian Tire, where we received equally great service from Ron. Thank you CT for making us Happy Customers!

The automotive team gets 5/5. Everytime I've ordered online or had questions the folks working the front have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Can't speak to the rest of the store as I've literally only gone through the auto doors.

The staff are amazing at understanding and communicating with you. Especially when it comes to cars. Its a friendly atmosphere with great prices and give Cara Leigh a raise she has a great sense of humor and is super helpful.

Tire exploded on our trip and we were stuck with nothing open on a Sunday. That’s when we went to Canadian tire hoping it would be open, and the owner himself went out of his way to fix our tire for us. He was so efficient and we had the car the same day a few hours later. Did a roadtrip throug the Rockys and had a nail in the tire on a saturday in Jasper. Made it with this „run flat tire“ from Jasper to Hinton on Sunday. I have got the greatest service ever. The guy fixed the tire in a very short time and his managerin was totaly focused on what is the best solution for me. Great thanks and a big hug for this. Saved the trip.)

Extremely disappointed, came from 1h away to buy a Bissell handheld, USB rechargeable vacuum for my van, drove all the way home to find out that they had put back on the shelf a USED VACUUM! Someone returned it and they didn't bother to check it, the collection chamber was full of dirt, the filter had been assembled wrong and was ripped and the worst of all was that it was missing the charging cord! And they still made me pay full price. Of course when I went to exhanged it they were out of stock. So I had to go to a different store to get it. Do not recommend going there, or at least make sure you check the box at the store before leaving they obviously don't care about the products they sell.

RVers looking for Wheels should know that they only sell RV wheels with a new tire on it and could not tell me what brand of tire would be on the wheel. Just bought new tires, so this didn't work for us. Kal Tire set us up and has a large drive up area for servicing fifth wheel.

It's definitely canadian, and they 100% have tires. This is more of a review on how the name reflects the store and its contents than the actual quality of the store and the overall shopping experience. Five stars.

I came in to return something, and the cashier that helped me out, was the most pleasant lady. She was so very patient, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I would most definitely shop there again.

We were traveling on Hwy 16 towards Edmonton and like others our travel plans were diverted due to the wild fires. This Canadian Tire (Cara in particular) went above and beyond for us. We unfortunately got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Cara not only brought us a new tire (after her scheduled shift) but experienced her own flat tire during the rescue process! If you think there is no guardian angels left in the world, you just need to stop in and see Cara! Thank you so much for saving us and someday we hope to pay it forward in some way and someone else will be touched by this angel!

New displays, same "cheap as possible", Chinese products. Nice garden goods. Sports dept. Is well stocked.

We arrived on a sunday evening 10 minutes after closing with a flat tire. They were really helpful and patched the hole right a way the next morning. Special thanks to Scott who even drove us to our Airbnb and got us the next morning.

Great automotive department. Great department manager and excellent mechanic. Great service all around.
