A good supermarket, there is a lot of everything, from construction tools, sporting goods, fishing, to auto parts with tire fitting services. The staff is polite, tries to meet the needs of customers.

Nice size for a small town I appreciate having such a big store such a small town

I feel like they exaggerate the original price to make their sales look cheap, but hey they usually have what you need.

Bad experience with some staffs. Always looks rude and rude. Rest of them, nice friendly and helpful.

You ever have one of THOSE days? In a rush. Late. Gotta get stuff done. Everything to do and no time to do it? STRESSED 2 THE MAX! Well, I had one of those lives. I mean days, the other.wait. What day is it? Oh ya. O. K.
So, one of those.
Sometimes, when you slow down things, just make more sense.
Not that Im good at doing that, but I can. Sorta. Well. The other day, I got the chance to take a moment to stop and think and consider that maybe other people have it just as bad if not worse or probably even way more crazyier than me? But I repress.carress.confesss.turrets.tur.ter.terrets? Dictionary. Thesaurus.wait. What?
So, I'm at Canadian Tire the other day, having. " one ", the store looks empty, and there are 3 people standing behind the counter at customer service talking. I say "Hello", "excuse me", "Hi". No response. Im thinking, "Oh no. Not this again. Not today! ". I reset, & try again. At this point, my expectations were immediately subverted & my perspective changed as I am promptly, and in the most patient, kind, friendly, helpful, efficient way assisted by a gentleman, who's name I dont remember and must have been a Saint to deal with me. Did that.was that. I mean he was.
I walked out of there with a gift for a friend, fuel for life, and whatever I needed to make it through the next 25 hours. 24? Yep. 24 hours.
So, slow down. I mean hurry up.to. Thanks?

Came in looking for alternatives to some basic parts. The serviceman quickly found the part numbers I needed and easily found them on the shelves! Always friendly cashiers as well!

Not impressed with the service at the Vegreville location. I’ve made several online orders for pick up and it always takes forever to get someone to help retrieve the order.

I love going to this Canadian tire. The shelves are well stocked and there's never a lineup at the cashier. If you can't find a item in another location I Guarantee this one has it. Check for yourself!

Had an issue with an online order, spoke to store manager Paul and he went above and beyond to fix issues. Great customer service

Lots of variety however, price sales are what products should actually cost. Regular price is over priced to begin with. The sales aren’t true sales.

Can't say enough about the great service, genuine friendly service.
Must be a great place to work because I have seen the same people working there for years and it shows.
Keep it up and you will have a customer for life
