Always pleasant employees. Found for me what I was looking for and helped me make an informed choice.

Cannot order tires in. So I had to place an online order and have them shipped. Doesn't make sense, but sure no problems.

Tires come in, appointment made. Drop truck off and towed 1.5 hours. Asked for the BRAND new, 3000km take offs to be placed in bed.

4.5 hours later, truck is finally done. Issue with online billing supposedly and I have to repay again, with first charge credited they think. Summer tires not in truck.

Shoukd have went to Kaltire

Canadian tire - always busy. A great selection of products at decent prices.
Staff are always helpful in the High River branch.

I didn't get a chance to go through the entire store, but what I saw, I liked!
It's clean, has ample aisles to shop, and seems to carry everything.

I was drawn in by the very impressive and robust Garden centre. Tons of healthy plants and trees and really great prices.

It's worth the drive to visit this store!

Vivian went above and beyond with helping get our Ford Edge fixed before a big road trip. We are beyond thankful for her diligence!

This store is massive - probably larger than most other Canadian Tire stores I've been to in the past. They also had lots of unique things I've never seen in other stores across Canada.

Tried a pickup for the first time. We purchased online and were notified a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. We arrived in the covered pickup area (nice since it was raining) rang a bell and had our purchase loaded directly into our vehicle. Way to go CT!

Large store, bright clean and well organized. Lines are rarely long. It can be difficult to get assistance on the shop floor, but this is true of every Ctire I have ever been in.
Make sure you buy with a credit card or scan their rewards card. If you pay cash, or with debit, and lose the receipt you are out of luck for return or exchange.

This Canadian Tire is especially great. I go all over the city of Calgary and don't get the friendly staff that I get in Cochrane. Good products, great prices. I always choose this one over others. Some in Calgary are particularly terrible, and I really like this one.

Most of the staff here are pretty good with Customer Service.
Unfortunately one interaction ruined that for me. I had been passing through the checkout and I'd just stated "No receipt that's okay, thanks. " The lady then says "Don't want to get your hands all yucky huh? " In a rude tone with no hint of humor intended.

I'd just worked 10 hours outside and was fairly dirty. As well as having a compromised immune system. Completely unprofessional comment to make to a customer.

The staff within the store are very friendly, but good luck trying to reach any customer service on the phone. It's next to impossible. I keep waiting, getting transferred, or getting hung up on. Very frustrating.

A very large Canadian tire. You’ll be able to find you need with helpful customer service.

Finally there is a Canadiantire where the stock location is logical and the stock count matches with the website. As a bonus you can purchase a moose or dinosaur for your garden, of course they don't come cheap.

I took my vehicle into Canadian tire for a brake inspection my brakes were grinding and had actually failed, they said I needed new ABS, a new master cylinder aa well as all new calibers this would have cost an estimated $2500 plus! I took my car to a different garage and found these repairs were unnessary! These guys were trying to commit a fraud! Needless to say I would not recommend Canadian tire! Avoid them at all costs!

The loss prevention team at this location is intolerable, they chase you out of the store and claim you stole from them and everytime I let them search my bags and they always come up empty handed. I won't shop here after the many times I've been falsely accused of theft.not a nice experience.

Was very disappointed with the customer service. Went to the toy department looking for a specific toy. Asked the woman working where it was and she seemed very annoyed with me. Then it was on a high shelf and I asked which ones she had (they come in a variety of colors) and she said if I look your going to get them all right? Was very unimpressed that she had to stop to help me.

It's really NO stars for this store, it has the worst service I've ever seen. They don't seem to like their customers. Go to Airdrie.

It will always be the place to go, outside of the industry. It's what the fore fathers worked so hard to achieve.

We took my vehicle in to get new tires today - to which we were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete. We returned after the estimated time given and were informed that my vehicle was almost done. 20 minutes later we went back to inquire what the wait was to which we were informed that they had trouble finding the wheel lock key and were just starting to work on my vehicle now and that it would be another hour or so. We inquired why they did not think to call and ask where to find it and/or why we were told they were almost done when they had not even started. All in all the service of getting 4 tires put on took almost 3 hours. On top of this inconvenience they also forgot to put my original tires back in my vehicle before returning it. No compensation was offered. We were very unimpressed with the service we received today and will not be returning.
