Great service in St Paul Canadian tire.

Good place to go when you need something. They usually have it, unfortunately, this location isn't much for cashiers so the lineups are extremely long. Not a place to go if you want to get in and out quickly. Wait times are usually close to half an hour.

I went to the garden center for an item, found what I needed and got through the till immediately!

Canadian tire is a gd place to shop for certain things n I always get the help that I need wen I cant find wat I'm looking for thanks Canadian tire staff for ur services

Been a customer here for 11 years, never had a problem, very satisfied with how my last issue was resolved. After very disappointing service in Edmonton's Mill Woods and South Common stores I come to St. Paul store.
The Manager patiently listened to my story and went out of her way to resolve my issue with the product that I didn't even buy in that store. According to the store policy my issue was not resolvable but the manager still used her powers and saved me a bunch of money.
The is no perfect store anywhere but after living in the city I can compare now and with common respect, understanding and patience I keep receiving an excellent service from St. Paul Canadian Tire.

Worst customer service by a manager i have ever seen. I asked to see a product and the manager comes along making smart a? Comments to me.
You should be ashamed of your self to put people who are so unprofessional in charge.

When asked to take a look at a firearm locked in the case I was told “you can see it where it is”!
I am completely disappointed in the service and will absolutely never return to give this store any service again. What a disgrace!

Horrible. Saw that they had a specific kayak in stock on the app so we called to verify. They said they had one but that it was in the sea container. Asked them to hold it for us while we drove an hour and a half to get there only to find out after the drive that they sold it 30 minutes before we got there.

Usually have good experiences here but today was disappointed. Very poor customer service today. 2 staff were chatting when it was obvious we needed help (they did not offer, nor were friendly) and thanks CT for NOT informing us BEFORE we purchased the skates that we couldn't return/exchange them after we got them sharpened. Would have been better to inform us at time of purchase. Also want to say thank you to the young man who assisted us and was friendly.

Many empty spot on the shelves especially in produce.
The second problem is the lack of variety in the soft drink section specifically as it relates to diet drinks, i know this is a problem with Sobeys and Co-op in St. Paul also. My wife and I are both diabetic so this is something we notice.
The store was clean and tidy.

Great place for automotive supplies, cooking and everything you need for your house or tool shed.

Great store automotive side helped me out with new tires due to vandalism on my truck thanks so much

Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately hard some are under trained in where things are located.

Has all your shopping needs and a lot of products has reasonably priced items that won't put a dent in my account

If I could give this store location a less score I would. I've never been treated so wrong in my life from a rude manager and cashier. The younger girls that were there when the incident I'm referring to happened, were very friendly apologizing for the way their "manager" and fellow cashier behaved. Very sad behaviour, considering its a business that is run by customer service. I will not bring my business to this location again. I will travel to Vegreville or Edmonton where I am treated way better than I was on Saturday. Thank you for the discrimination and fyi Nick if your that unhappy working your 9-5. There is a college in St. Paul where you can pay the $50 application fee and partake in a program to finally be happy in life. Instead of being rude swearing, flailing your arms around when a paying customer asks a question, rolling your eyes like your coming off drugs, that is exactly what your behaviour and body language told me. This goes for the wrinkly old cashier Janice also. Next time be rude when you both are off shift and not protected by cameras. Unbelievable how I was treated and thankfully I had 2 of my children present to learn about the discrimination they will face if they ever step foot in this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE, STAY AWAY! Janice also ripped my 13 year olds bag out of his hand because she thought he was stealing when she witnessed him paying for a Casio calculator and had the receipt! Why rip the Canadian tire bag out of a child's hand digging through it as if he stole when you witnessed him pay! I'm not impressed. I'd like to see these 2 employees the manager nick and the cashier Janice treat indeginous people like this off shift.

Customer service is terrible. Trying to get someone to help you is mission impossible. Not a good experience at all.

Wanted to gk buy a red top optima battery today but they were a just standing around didnt wanna help me welp.lost out on close to 300$ sale today.

Prices are good, accurate stock quantities on their website. A little hard to find help but otherwise nice staff. Bought snow blower

Well stocked for the most part. Service is average at best but very dependent on individual clerk. Floor people tend to group and chat amongst themselves and rarely offer help or are otherwise readily accessible. A recent exchange experience had me unimpressed when the clerk announce in a loud voice and in front of other customers "you know you have to plug this in" of an electrical item in a condescending manner. Not very customer oriented. More oversight by line managers is required here which would make for a better experience.
