If I could give 0 star I would, went to appointment, did not have service as posted, still was charged $69 did not have vaccine or antibiotics needed, when questioned about this, was very argumentative, did not have positive experience when they discussed certain antibiotics, then promised a refund after several emails, was never refunded, was asked by company to remove my review, in short, ended up going to pharmacy, much smoother process, we lost $69 for the visit and cost of one prescription at Canadian Travel clinic Edmonton

Experience was smooth but expensive. The travel nurse did not give me proper instructions on how to self-administer an oral vaccine. Other than scheduling appointments, you cannot reach them except by email.

Great experience. Was able to get in quickly and get the necessary travel vaccines. The nurse was very informative and was accommodating to planning out the best dose schedule around my competition.
One less star because it was far more expensive than anticipated.

The nurse that I dealt with was professional. But CTC doesn’t offer direct billing to my benefits provider so I will probably go elsewhere in the future.

I attended the clinic to receive advice and vaccinations for travelling abroad.
The staff provided excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and punctual.

Good luck to the person who booked an appt for July 21 at 10: 00am. The text notification came to my phone, and when I called to let the clinic know the person could not understand what I was trying to say. She said the phone was breaking up, so I hung up and called back, but no one picked up. Called from my landline and no one picked up. Called again and got a message that no one was available to take my call.

Needed a PCR test to travel overseas for work, within the mandated timing of 48hrs prior to departure. Results guaranteed by 4pm next day. Got a call at 1pm the next day that they had some ‘courier problems’ the day before and my samples never went out for testing. Unreal. Offered me a refund for the test. Very disappointing to have to postpone/cancel travel across the world on 8hrs notice. Avoid this clinic if you can. Unfortunately there aren’t many options anymore since most countries no longer require PCR and most of the major drug stores no longer offer this test.

Staff were fine, appointment booking smooth. Ultimately only the result matters.

Would give no stars if I could. Took a test there in January and somehow the results were lost/delayed so I didn't get my test on time. I tried to be understanding because things happen. They assured me a refund, but have been avoiding it for nearly two months now. We have called and emailed, and are now being ignored. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all unless you want to lose your money and be treated poorly by the staff.

Great experience. The process was quick and easy. I was helped by Kirsten who was very pleasant and professional. Got my results earlier than expected. Would use them again.

My friend and I are Japanese and had PCR tests at this clinic to go to Japan. But both our PCR certificates had misdiscription. One was that the name written in the paper did not match with the one on the passport, while another one was that the specimen collection time was 2 hours earlier than the actual collection time. The workers seemed to be not busy when we had PCR tests so they were just so careless and did not understand the importance of the correctness of the certificate. If we flew to Japan with such incorrect certificates, we would be retuned back to Canada from Japan. If such things happened, we would sue the clinic. They should be super careful on preparing the certificate. I don’t recommend this clinic. They just make travellers who are nervous about travelling during COVID regulation more stressful.

Extremely disappointed with the service and the clinic.
My result was not delivered on time, which made me loose my international flight to Australia.
I have been informed via email that the samples did not arrive in lab only 2 hours before the time I should have received my results, As it was passed 4pm I could not find another lab on time.

And I still did not received my refund.

I do not recommend this clinic. Please find another one.

I came into the Canadian Travel Clinic early and was greeted by a lovely young woman. I was checked in and walked back to the treatment room. I had a lovely experience and Kristin made such a positive difference to my day! This process was made simple and stress free. Thank you.

The Receptionist (Kristin) was amazing. She was fairly busy making sure everyone was taken care of but she still took the time to make sure each of us was taken care of. I came in just to ask some general questions in preparation for my upcoming trip and she was able to answer all of my questions and show me how to research them again when I am ready to start the process for my trip. If the front staff is any indication of the company I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The first time i went they made me wait 45mins even i had appointment. The reception seem like didnt care about me she never let the nurse know she didnt give me the ipad to fill out the form. I was very upset about it the test only take 10mins but i was sitting there for 45mins and no one even care. I came to the desk asked she said just sit and wait.
The 2nd time i went they let me in right away but the nurse seem rude and she put the stick very deep very long inside my nose my eyes was watering and even my nose blead badly. I asked her it wasnt hurt and deep like that last time she said no its suppose to be like that. After 2 days i feel so sick my nose still hurt i paid 99$ for it but they treated me so bad. I called my friend who went to the same place with me just different day and she said she got same experience. I hope after this review they will do something to change because we were very upset about this and next time if i need test done i will be very worry and scrared if i have to go back again.

I did PCR test for traveling. The service was fast. Efficient staff. However was promised results by 4pm next day, I had to call multiple times before I got the results 2 hrs late.

Great service! Reception was extremely helpful and the nurse very knowledgeable and nice. Painless and fast service! Would give 100 stars if I could!

The clinic was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt. My results arrived in about 13 hours. There was a small mistake on my certificate which I advised them of and I had a new corrected certificate within 30 minutes. Later that evening I received a call to confirm I had received the corrected certificate. Very professional staff who actually care about client service. I would definitely use them again!

After spending $270 for the PCR test for travel to Japan I was sent the incorrect form.
I travelled from Edmonton to Vancouver then when I went to get on the flight to Japan I was told I had the wrong form.
When I spoke to the Canadian Travel Clinic about this they sent me the Japanese travel form but it would have been to late (expired) to use for my flight tomorrow.
I had to get another PCR test at the airport in Vancouver ($260).
Then get a hotel room for 1, possibly 2 nights depending when I get the results back.
I am not at all satisfied with your administration and have used your service twice now.
I would like to know if I will reimbursed the $270.

The receptionist was rude and un attentive.
The lady doing the test was not the best either. They care more about the payment than the customer. Do not recommend and will not return to this place.

Extremely over priced, if you need covid testing for travel simply head to the Numi clinic downtown or at the airport.
It is half as much as they charge here. The nurse was nice enough and the service was ok but I cannot justify the cost of coming to this place.

My initial rating for this clinic has been downgraded because they failed to deliver as advertised. When I booked my Covid test for travel about 4 weeks ago the website stated results delivered by 3 PM the following day. On test day I was told results would be delivered by 4 PM. The test results were actually delivered at 5 PM. Given the high price they charge for "quick" service, the actual service leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible experience unfortunately from end to end. We arrived 5 min before our first reserved time and and were told to wait in a conference room as the nurse was running behind. Next a very inefficient collection of personal information on a tablet for each of us, and the software would not accept our address or phone number from outside Canada. We live in Europe. This is a travel clinic right? Finally completed our covid PCRs tests about 40 min late from the flustered nurse. Then it got worse. Results were promised the next day by 3pm. They didn't arrive. After multiple calls to the 1-800 number and assurance we would have them shortly, finally they arrived more than 2 hours late. And to top it off, each of our test results had errors on them. Mine said I had taken the test 4 days earlier than the actual test date, and my wife's had a lab processing date of June 1,2016! Both errors would have invalidated the test results for traveling. What carelessness! Thank goodness I checked what they sent us carefully. Furious, I went back to the 1-800 number and finally they resent the corrected results about 30 min later. You can imagine how nervous we were that our results would never arrive after they did not show up when promised, and we would not be able to travel home. We had a 7am flight the next morning from Edmonton to Toronto, then transatlantic to Amsterdam, and then to Prague. All of that would have been turned upside down without the negative test results. Sigh. A terrible, terrible, terrible experience from start to finish.

Long wait time (30 mins) to get into the appointment caused frustration and an error in the test results made me lose confidence. The error was corrected quickly.
The nurse seems to be over-booked.

I am sorry to say that our experience at this clinic was less than satisfying. I arranged for a PCR Covid-19 test for an underage international student prior to her flight to Southeast Asia. The results were promised to this student's e-mail within 26 hours, leaving her a small, but comfortable margin before her international flight departed from the Vancouver airport the next day. I received a panicked phone call from this student that she was about to board her flight, and the results had not yet arrived. She faced a significant financial penalty and a two week quarantine period in a government selected quarantine hotel should those results not be in her e-mail upon arrival. I made many phone calls to the Canadian Travel Clinic help line, and was assured each time that the lab had been contacted and would be e-mailing the results along with a copy to me within 20 minutes. Results arrived, but no copy to me. The student was terrified all flight. Promise not Kept. Avoid this place!
