EVERYTIME I come the I get treated with great hospitality from all the workers, the owners heck even the dismantlers. Adam and max are men of their word and it’s always quick and easy “once we receive the payment we will begin dismantling and the part should be ready by 4 pm” then I get there 3: 45 and the workers load it up into my truck without me having to dirty my clothes or my hands. Truly a 10/10 experience and that’s EVERYTIME. I’d definitely recommend this place and I have in the past to anyone especially for trucks

Horrible dishonest business. Agreed to price for item on phone, they change the price afterwards then when I got there they changed what was included - despite a text demonstrating what was agreed to. Don't bother, they are dishonest!

A warning to anyone looking to buy parts from this place. I recently purchased an engine from them which they said was “good and running strong” before putting the engine in I removed the spark plugs which were covered in antifreeze so I dig deeper to find both cylinder head gaskets were blown, exhaust manifold gaskets werent sealing properly because the hardware was either broken off or missing and the water pump gasket was damaged and passing as well I removed the timing chain cover and it was in pieces along with the gasket and the engine was 160 degrees out of alignment which meant it never ran properly. I tried calling and explaining the situation and they said if I had a problem then to send the engine back on my own dime and that it was a good engine which it clearly was not. Yet all they could say is trust us this company is built on trust when nothing they said or sent was good.
Do not waste your time or money with them because they will just screw you over. Pretty ironic how their web page says we’re committed to providing a stress free experience to both new and returning customers when they’re just a complete headache start to finish. BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER.

Adam was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Incredibly fair prices. Definitely not price gouging like many other places selling used parts.

Came by last week to pick a part for my Toyota Corolla. I was able to find the part fairly easily and the price for the part was terrific concidering that my dealership parts department wanted $400.00 more for the part then Canadian Used Auto Parts did. (Customer Service was pretty good, although I did find it a bit odd that I needed to text there phone number with a picture of the part, usually thats something done over email.) I still highly reccomend this place and will reccomend Canadian Used Auto Parts to others! 5 Stars.

The guy there, Adam, was super helpful. I went on a Saturday to find some coil springs and he let me remove a set myself, and even lent me a jack and some stands to do it. After that, he cut me a deal on the parts for my labour. Overall, it was a painless experience, something not common at the average auto wrecker. I’ll for sure be back.
