We bought our house two years ago & think the basement windows are likely the original ones from when the house was built in 1998. We suspected there wasn't a very good seal on them anymore so decided to have them replaced this year. What a difference it is making already! Can't wait to see the savings we should be getting on our heating bill once that cold winter weather arrives. Thanks for the great job you did on removing the old windows & installing the new ones! Most importantly, don't order double glass. We had a negative experience with this glass when we were replacing windows in one of our houses. Too bad we didn't listen to the manager at the time. And yes, we were actually warned that they would most likely freeze. After all, the climate in Alberta is a bit of a mess. We ordered triple pane windows this time. Thank you Canglow managers for the warning. We will learn from our mistakes.

I give 5 stars for quality and service, but 4 stars for the price. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but for 1 year by $2000, it's too much.

Called about 7 companies and no one wanted to come to us. We live in a small town. Homedepot didn't want to buy and do the installation themselves. Canglow took the job and got it done. There were minor timing issues. But we were willing to wait. The important thing is that we got there! Thank you.

We didn't have a very good experience from the beginning.
We ordered a door and when we came to install it, we were told that our boards were rotten and had to be replaced in order to install the door. Generally, we didn't count on the extra cost. But then when we were shown and explained that it was almost impossible to notice right away, we exhaled. It's a good thing we didn't have to hire someone else to fix the problem. Canglow did everything themselves and gave us a good discount.

Thank you Canglow for a job well done. Saw their ad on Facebook and decided to call for a cost estimate. Had never chosen a company through Facebook before. Lol

Made the order because the government launched a grant for windows. Thought I could save some money on it. Then it turned out that Canglow also gave me a discount. It was really nice to save a few thousand more $$$$

Finally we have peaceful environment at our home after installing windows and doors with Canglow. Alex, He did very good job to understand what my house needed for. He gave me suggestios as well which I am very happy to follow his advice. The installation was done this October which went quite well and no issues anymore with freezing windows. Hopefully it long last for coming years as well. (honestly I don't want to see any breakage to the windows and doors although it has 10 years of warranty.)

Yes, we have heard more than once about Canglow. The company has been around for a long time and that influenced our decision. Now there are so many scams and one-day companies that promise the mountain of gold, and then disappear immediately after receiving an advance payment. I think since these guys have been working for over 10 years, they can be trusted.

Thank you to the team at Canglow for replacing and installing 11 new casement windows in our home. We had first met with Alex, who was very professional and informative. He provided a competitive quote, he was patient and knowledgable. The office staff were also very helpful and friendly. We had two installers come to our home, they were both professional and very efficient. They completed the project within 2 days. The new windows are amazing!

My wife and I spent a long time choosing a window installation company and decided on Canglow. We were attracted by the price and the financing terms. As far as we understood, the windows are all about the same and the price was crucial for us. We received our windows in July. It has been a couple of months, we are satisfied.

In my opinion, this is the only company that gives such short terms. I consulted others, on average 4-6 months. Canglow did everything in 3 months. It's a good company.

Canglow was incredibly professional and helpful. They expertly installed phantom screens, paying particular attention to detail.

Had windows installed this winter, that I ordered in June 2021. Delayed, but that is standard with everything lately. In May2022 I opened one of the windows, for the first time, and then the window would NOT close. I called the next day, was assured someone would fix it. Have been calling regularly since then, and am still getting the run around and no one has even come to look at the window that still won't close.

Very satisfied with service responded immediately. Was referred to other company and he followed up the next day to find out no one called me back. The guys did a great job! I love my new windows! They made sure to put blankets down to keep from messing up the house to bad and then cleaned up if they did make a mess! I would highly recommend them! Very reasonable on cost and very nice looking!

Regret choosing this company, and I would warn anyone up front when getting a quote. Make sure that you have all assurances when signing the contract that you are getting a quality product, and certified by EnergyStar. Also, there is a suspicious amount of 5-star reviews that come in waves.

I wanted to replace the basement windows with larger ones, so I called the window replacement company my friends told me about. They sent a contractor over, and he provided me with a reasonably-priced deal. I signed them up, and they took care of the project easily. I appreciate the quick response and the great results.

UPDATE March 31,2022: :
It's worse now. Received an email with the same information that they have 3 windows and the 9 windows which the order was placed in September hasn't arrived and now they are looking to receive it maybe end of April. I called the office to talk about this and the lady took my number and said she'll look into it and call me ASAP. No response and I called the next day. Typical response, Oh I was meaning to call you and you were 3rd on my list to call today. Yeah right!

She puts me in hold and asks me to get in touch with my sales person. I told her that the sales person doesnt work there anymore and he doesn't respond to my messages. She was like, yeah but he should do his pending work. I said I don't care as he doesn't work for your company anymore and if I could talk to a manager. She was, Oh the sales manager is out of town and can't be reached. I can't help you! I will pass on your message to him. Seriously?

I'm stuck and not sure what to do! I have paid them the required advance for 12 windows and 1 door.

This company seems like a scam to me. We chose this company as Keith who was the salesman seemed to have convinced us. We ordered 9 windows in September and 3 in October and a main door in December. We were told our first set of windows will be installed in January or early February. It's March and we still haven't even heard from them. I called the company and was told to contact Keith who was the PM. When I contacted him he asked me to contact the office. Since I was getting no response, I messaged Keith again and he didn't respond. Luckily, I had the phone number of one of the guys who came to do the measurements. He mentioned Keith no longer works there! There is absolutely no communication from the office and it's almost end of March and we still haven't gotten our windows nor any communication.
I should have gone with other companies that gave me similar quotes. Will definitely not deal with them again.
