The staff at this clinic are so helpful and friendly, they always remember who I am, and do their best to make sure I have a great experience.

Words can not express how amazing it is to go to a place where needles are injected into your face and you feel happy entering the room and leaving. My husband and I both love all the people that are at Dr Loga and Bagleys office. It is such a personal experience when it comes to life conversations, I personally get emotional and feel invested in what's happening with my Dr as well as her assistant. As they make me feel like they are invested in my life. We check in and I learn about what's happening throughout the year. The payments there are very reasonable and the insurance set up is phenomenal. I truly believe the work I get done, is a lasting experience and Dr Loga helps me by presenting best options and working in with my finances. I will continue to have this office as a life long dentist even when I travel and move I will make it apart of my travel plan to show up and only be taken care of by Dr Loga and her team. Great experience from start to finish. My last visit was 3 years ago, and the Dr. Bagley remembered me like it was last month. Kind, good explanations on what's going on, and a sense of humor. Krista was my hygienist, and did an amazing job. 3yrs was long overdue, but with her expertise, she had my teeth shining and feeling cleaner than ever. She provided great conversation throughout the 2 hr session. My curious mind had me asking a lot of questions, and she always had a easy to understand answer. Receptionists were also very friendly and efficient. You can tell everyone in the office takes pride in their work, and are professionals.
I Look forward to coming back.

Excellent. I have major issues with dental work, especially the freezing process, they were amazing however and despite a serious infection on a complicated tooth to remove I felt no pain. They are my heros and have helped restore my faith in dentists. Beter if not best experience I've had at a dentist. Also the ladys at reception were great too.

Canmore Downtown Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever had. It is always such a friendly and welcoming environment, Jenny and the front desk staff are always incredibly helpful. My hygienist Juliene is amazing and I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing dental practice! Dr Bagley and his staff are one of the best. I continue to go there even though I don’t live in the province because of their quality of care. The staff are all talented, professional and very skilled at what they do.

Fantastic experience from beginning to the end! I called at 8am for an emergency and the receptionist was super nice and understanding. I got a slot the same day. The hygienist and dentist were both great and efficient. The hygienist also gave some great food recommendations. Facilities are clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountain. Highly recommend!

When I showed up for my appointment today I was told that it would be 700$ all together to finish said cleaning.
Would be cheaper for me to book a plane ticket to another country to get dental work completed.

Had a new crown prepared and fitted with no pain and in a short amount of time.
They actually make the new crown on site just by scanning the mouth. I was very impressed, both the assistant and doctor explained everything and the whole experience was amazing. Certainly recommend this practice

Dr Loga and Krista… I can not sing their praises high enough. Their care and attention to detail are immaculate! After a pandemic cloud of self neglect they have finally made me soo happy and proud to smile again!

I called to make an emergency appointment, and within 2 hours my problem tooth was pulled. Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this office!

Horrible service, they tried 'upselling' our family on services we do not need. And continued to charge our credit cards months after service when we have never had an issue with our benefits covering 100% of dental. We did not receive any notification that they would be charging our credit card, only discovered the charges when we looked our credit card statement. I also went in for a follow up service and sat in a chair for 45 minutes without anyone seeing me. Only to have to leave. I will never step foot in this place again.

Part of my tooth broke off and I was able to get a same day appointment. I was relieved to find out that I only needed a little work done to smooth out the tooth. The dentist was kind and professional, as was the staff. I have been going to this office for over 20 years and always know that I’m in good hands.

Terrible service, they messed up my benefits somehow, and then maxed out my credit card even though I am definitely covered (have never had issues at any other dentist). Couldn’t freeze my face did a terrible job on my fillings, still having sensitivity issues almost six months later, during the same visit, I was under the impression they were fixing another chipped molar, after the freezing wore off I realized not only did they not fill the chip, but it now feels bigger! My wife had to leave an appointment with out service as they were running so late. Will never be going back to this dentist, my only hope is I will be able to recoup the hundreds of dollars they charged to my credit card.

I should mention that the hygienist who cleaned my teeth on my first visit was great.

Great friendly and caring staff! I had an emergency cracked tooth that needed a crown and didn't have a dentist yet in Canmore. They squeezed me in and I felt at ease. I have found my dentist in Canmore!

These are the most caring and gentle people you could ever expect at a dentist's office. They put me at ease every time I have any work done. I would highly recommend them.

The whole Canmore Downtown Dental team is amazing! The care, skill and quality of the equipment and technology is superb. They are amazing with kids and adults. Dr. John Bagely is so personable and makes you feel at ease. We have had everything from cleanings to crowns to orthodontics and have always be very pleased.

They were late to start, i said i just wanted a cleaning and then was pushed into a sales pitch! Was just taking up time that i was paying for. Dentists are so expensive and i don't want to be pushed into more! My teeth had nothing wrong with then and they still did more than they had to with out disclosing it.

Professional but welcoming and all staff appear very personable. Punctual. Hate anesthetic but never even felt the needle. No negative thoughts and I have high expectations.

Going to the dentist is never a fun endeavour but Canmore Downtown Dental flipped that mentality upside down. I have had some negative dental experiences in Canmore and Banff and I was hesitant to give this one a try. I had a friend recommend it and I am so glad they did. The staff was knowledgeable and Dr. Loga was incredible. Best of all, the atmosphere was most welcoming and comforting. As soon as you walk in, the stress of going to the dentist fades away. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who DOESN’T like going to the dentist. You’ll have your mind changed!

Dr loga has redefined my understanding of the term ‘pulling teeth’ was actually a great experience that has taught me a very important lesson. Brush your teeth regularly and to floss. Downtown dental will make you go to keep your teeth healthy. But you will stay for the wonderful girls that work at the front desk. I can’t wait till my next appointment! Thanks for wonderful smile.

This dental office is great. Had our first visits when we moved to Canmore and got amazing service from front staff, the hygienists, the Dental assistants and Dr Loga.

Fool me once - ok, my fault, fool me twice - shame on you. It is extremely pricey dentist office and you can't find out how much are you going to pay prior the procedure. "About $1200" was actually over $1600 and once they were going to charge us before (that time we actually paid less than we were told at the beginning.) If you are not happy with the price you will talk with very cold lady who will explain you that $400 or $600 difference "isn't that high" and doctors don't have anything to do with the price.pfff, who cares about few dollars, right? Finally the root canal that costed us over $1600 wasn't done properly so my hubby ended up going to the other dentist and paying again to get it done properly. Hours of pain and over $2000 we've spent. Honestly.the best things there were the view from their office and coffee.

819 dollars for a checkup and cleaning in 2 appointments. Not one filling. This place is highway robbery! Would not reccomend.
