All around great company to work with, highly recommend these guys. Real professionals here in the Bow Valley. A strong 5/5 from me.

We’ve had many-many-many experiences with Canmore glass. Everything from installing new Shower Glass, to replacing the weird little plastic thing that keep windows locked. New window installations at multiple properties. Door repairs. Picture Frame glass replaced.

I am *finally* writing a review because they just fixed a door to our office, and it closes so perfectly now. It was bugging me for months. I finally called. It was fixed pronto. So they keep popping into my head every day that I arrive at work.

The staff have always been friendly and super helpful. Annette is my favourite kind of human — friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humour and a wee bit of sass. Love it. The price has always been fair, in our opinion.

So. There it is. The review I should have written 12+ years ago. I finally had some time to write it because I wasn’t cursing at the stupid office door that wasn’t closing properly for months.

Purchased a couple pieces of glass here for a project and found the folks there were easy to deal with and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Do NOT hire Canmore Glass. Poor installation. Poor customer service. I had to hire a second journeyman to come and redo the install.

Ordered two phantom screens. They were measured and installed great however the ball was dropped significantly in the office. They were ordered in May and supposed to be here with in 3-4weeks. Hadn't heard anything by week 4, I called "they might be in this week", never heard anything back. I called a second time "doesn't look like they are here".
3rd call I find out that the order wasn't ordered despite a 50% deposit.

Needless to say they didn't arrive until August. The install was great, the product was great.

Multiple emails/calls to speak with a manager or someone about the delay and no response other than we've forwarded it on to management.

Definitely finding it harder to support local shops.

Chris went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain issues to me. Great customer service!

was knowledgeable, polite and super friendly AND had our window fixed in no time.

Haven’t worked with them but they have some quality people working for them! I was at the Exshaw landfill and had forgotten gloves so I asked a man next to us in the Can Glass trailer to borrow a pair just for a little bit. After he was done he didn’t ask for the gloves back as we weren’t finished dumping our stuff and I wish I could’ve gotten his name to thank him again! So nice and because of this random experience I totally vouch for this company because of their quality people!

If there was a minus star's they would get it. Honestly, probably the worst service I've ever received. My screens took months, were made wrong several times, they never responded to emails or calls, and promised compensation which never transpired. I would never recommend this company nor take my business there again.

The staff were friendly and did an amazing job on my windows. Good price and finished on time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with Canmore Glass. I needed a shower repaired and they were fast and efficient. They made the ordeal easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them.

She showed us how to make a glass owl.what a lot of work goes into something so simple.
Prices were cheaper here than in Calgary.

Nous avions un projet d'envergure pour le plafond de notre VW Westfalia 1975. L'équipe de Canglass nous a coupé une feuille de plexiglass sur mesure. Ça n'a pas été simple mais ils ont fait un excellent travail. Nous avons dû nous ajuster dans notre projet mais nous sommes satisfait du résultat. Merci
