I would like to share my experience in an attempt to deal with Canmore Lube and Muffler. I ordered 4 tires, had an appointment for installation. I phoned to make sure the tires were ordered, left a message, my call was never returned, the tires were never ordered! What a disappointing experience it was! I would avoid dealing with this business.

The best mechanic shop in Canmore and that's including all the dealerships in town. Friendly staff, quality service at the best prices in the Bow valley.

I have been here twice now and I can tell you, both experiences have been top notch!

The first time I had a slow leak in my tire before a weekend road trip. I popped in to see if there was any way they could help and they managed to get me taken care of that very same day! The staff were kind and accommodating.

Today, I brought my car in for their walk-in oil change service and once again, the service was top tier! As it is a first come, first serve basis, I dropped my keys and within a few hours, they called to let me know it was ready! What more could you ask for? !

I was leaving town with two busy toddlers, when I noticed a pool of oil under my car. Brought the car over to Canmore L&M. Jeff helped me out right away, he came over diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand and had me and my kids back on the road in 90 minutes.

Forgot to get my tires re-torqued after an installation the day prior and was driving through Canmore so I stopped by. They were so friendly and Brent came and did it for me; so professional. Everyone was lovely!

I called Fraser towing first thing on a Monday morning, and I'm so glad I did. I cannot recommend Joel enough. He helped me tow my immobile Ford Focus to a repair shop with no notice, and was even apologetic that he couldn't do the work himself!
