I should have stayed far away from this place after reading the reviews about the lady behind the front desk. She has to be one of the worst person I have ever had to deal with when it comes to costomer service. Stay far away from this B***h

I was shocked how unprofessional and rude the lady who was behind the desk. Just when I thought my my exspearance could not get any worse. I had the unfortunate exspearance to have to deal with a complete jerk who was getting me the tool I rented. And just when I thought I could not have a worse exspearance. The tool I rented did not work so I had to deal with a complete batch behind the counter for a second time. I would not recommend this business to my worse enemy. Stay far away from the business.

My lock on my bike wouldnt open, so I drove over to these guys and they powder grinded it open for only $5!
They were an answer to prayer, and i was able to bike the legacy trail!

Wilf and Kathy have been a key to my success as a small forestry company. There honest and sincere business practices in my opinion makes them leaders in the canmore community. Knowledge and experience is key to running a small business and they have it all. This is your one stop shop people, dont waste your time anywhere else.

There are no places in Banff that refill tanks! So finally I found these guys! They were fast and friendly and a lovely office dog my 2 y.o. Loved!

Amazing service and a great staff! Very knowledgeable and always helpful when I call or stop by! Turn around times for service is fair (considering the covid backlog) and their repairs are always more done right the first time.

I made a general inquiry regarding rental of equipment for a major upcoming construction project. The person who answered the phone was rude, abrupt, and my call was terminated. They presented as being too busy to provide any service whatsoever. Upon further investigation of other customers reviews/ experience it was obvious this was the wrong business to rely on for productiveness of any sort. Perhaps they are better suited filling up propane bottles for celebratory weekend barbecues, that is, if their propane dispensing unit is working. I will take my business elsewhere and suggest the same for anyone.

Really friendly helpful staff with the best propane prices within the valley and national parks. Make sure you fill up with propane here before heading up to banff/Jasper.

A no nonsense approach to renting or selling you what you need. They know their stuff, have great equipment that they maintain well, are honest and fair, and nice to deal with. Also cheapest propane in the Valley!
