Hello everyone if you buy your bud at Canna Cabana 100st behind KFC beware they are selling tampered with bud containers. I just bought a container and the air seal was damaged and I was told it was my problem contact manufacturer not our problem. I have been shopping at this location not long after the shops were open. Shop else were when you will get better service i know i am.

Best store in town hands down! Literally half the price as urban leaf on Eastside. I can get the THC cartridges cheaper here than online which says alot and they are better! The guy with long hair knows his inventory like the back of his hands and always recommends me something killer! Highly recommend this place!

Staff are under trained and rude.one of the smaller stores in town, the staff were not friendly and did not greet me when i walked in like many other places.other dispensaries have a 5 person limit while canna only allows two people in at a time, i waited outside to be served and 2 people walked in while i was waiting outside, there were 2 people already in there and the staff seemed to not care about monitoring their store so i walked in and immediately got sent outside while the cashier served the 4 people currently in there even though i had been waiting to get in for about 10 minutes.i ended up leaving and going somewhere they were actually able to provide service and answer the questions that i had while being respectful.i would never recommend this place to anybody

This is my favourite Cannabis Supplier. The store is very clean with an outstanding display. I’ve been a loyal customer from the moment Canna Cabana opened their doors. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, their products are mint quality, and there is a certain level of honesty that deserves respect. Keep up the good work!

The service is usually excellent- but if you smoke concentrates, there is very scarce selection for rigs. It is against their policy to swap bangers on regular bongs like the other stores in town allow you to do, so we often leave empty handed.

So yesterday I bought a battery from these guys from one of these THC pens I took it home and it doesn't work and it's nonrefundable not exactly what you want to hear when it's your first experience in the store

I dont usually write about my experiences at any stores but i have to let everyone know about the horrible experience i had at this store. A friend and I walked into the store, no greeting or anything from the two employees. It wasnt until we asked a question where they spoke to us and we got a two word answer not explaining anything. Also the guy that was working, Bearded fellow, didnt get up from his stool and was staring at me for the longest time.it was weird. My friend and i got a really bad vibe and we left and went to another store.if youre reading this go to any other store in town this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had and i will not be going back!

The tall one was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.i was in and out in under 5 minutes and i have less than. 04% of any kind of useful information that could help him.in seconds he zeroed in on what i bought for the first time ever at a completely different store.also it was less expensive for what was a better grade of product.i spent nearly 8 bucks less (but the guy didnt give me my change back but offered a discount that wasnt) in effect i paid 8 dollars more for a lesser grade, otherwise it would have been just under 4$ more.my point being is Canna Cabana out shined their competitor and left tgem choking in their own smoke.i highly recommend this place and say, seek out the tall one.sorry dude, should have asked your name.he deserves all the credit here and is an asset to the business.customer service is this guys priority.go check it out and tell all your friends.go check it out and tell all your friends.

We tried Canna Cabana today off of a recommendation from a friend about their cheap prices and wide selection. It was a great experience. Particularly Doug was a real treat. He was very knowledgable and friendly. Off of this one experience he has turned Canna Cabana into our main shop.

Great store for potheads. Lots of pipes and bongs. Hint to my friends and family who ever want to buy me something.

I asked for CBD pills several times because they have a sign that said CBD softgels.

They sold me a hybrid pills that had low levels of THC and CBD, that was not what I was looking for then argued after the fact about what it was.

Neither one of the staff members knew what they were talking about or could help me and now I just paid 50 bucks for a product I didn't want and can't return.

Wow. Great great customer service! The guys were down to earth, interactive, and instantly caught on to my vibe and personality. I used the location previously before they had cannabis, they had some great bongs/pipes/cleaners, detox drinks too! Now they have a smaller selection in those products, the store is completely renovated and looks amazing. Big selection on cannabis and product was cheaper too!
Worth a visit and I will be back!

Nice location. Store looks fantastic. Pretty sure the employee I dealt with was either baked or just fried from years of use. That was disappointing. Didn't have a professional feel.

I walked in, seen the prices, walked out and called my dealer.why would i pay $45 at a shop for 1/8 when i can get a 1/4 for $50 private sale? Lol nice store but until the prices match or go lower than street prices, only naive people will buy from these shops.it is a nice store but kinda on the small side.the government should let the shops run out of homes so prices to customers will be normal.

I love that when you walk in, you can see the product they have and ask questions based on what you see. I think it looks appealing:) Further more, the product itself is good! And the prices are incredible. I walked away feeling like I made a good purchase that I would make again! And finally, the staff here are knowledgeable, super friendly, and just the dopest (hehe) individuals! This is a team that works well with eachother.
