Knowledgeable staff, great prices. Website needs a better search feature that doesn't make you check each store individually, but rather lets you see all inventory and then select the location that has what you want. For example, I found a cartridge the other day that I didn't even know existed and the only reason I saw it was because I clicked on the wrong store by accident.

They do have the lowest prices that being said the staff when I am in also have good knowledge. You can have low priced but to also be able to talk the talk and this staff could. I love the selection and the staff is just the sweetest. Will always stop by

Loveeeeee this store only one my entire family uses. Only thing I wish they kept in stock all the time is a variety of bath bombs such as blue dream. And the amazing kinky kush vape kit, I loveeee it only one I use now so so good. But otherwise staff are good especially the long haired guy with the Tribal tattoo, he is super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable.they always have a great selection of weed and the best prices and trust me I have compared prices all over nothing or know one beats their prices.

I love this place greatest deals ever plus they greet you with great vibes until yesterday I come to the store around noon I asked a big about 6F tall boy for what I need he told me the price is $13 I said ok and when I came to pay he charged me $17.50 he overcharged me when he said $13 I was sure for 3.5 $13 but he overcharged me I wandered about that so I came today just to make sure is he overcharged me there was different 2 guys I asked for the same product they sold it to me for $ 13 + tax it was $14 so he did purposely overcharged so I think he should be fair form the store and get my money out of him and gave it back to me I have my 2 receipt from the two time i was there so Watch out them guys people they tried to have a store inside the store so they don’t do that to no one and cos bad experience thank you.

Asked for disposable vape cartridges. I am sick of charging everything. Got home they were chargeable. I also asked for 3 qualities in what I wanted to buy got 2. You cannot open package in shop so you rely on the salesgirls advice. But I was dismissed in her listening skills that night won't return

Can't be bothered to update you're store hours online waited almost 20 minutes outside to be told by an employee that they open at 11 am now not 10 am no signs posted stating hour changes very disappointed

Long time customer since the grand opening. Spent thousands of dollars here and built a great customer relationships with the employee's who worked there previously. I go there everyday and I forgot my ID one time recently and the new person kicked me out when she never IDed after the first time she did. She acts like she never seen me several times without IDing me. She seems to enjoy harassing me and its very unprofessional as she annoys the other employees and customers about her personal life instead of helping the customers and doing her job. I'm always a friendly respectful customer and I'm not one to make a comment about it but this time left a bitter taste in my mouth. Definitely switching dispensaries considering I don't want to see someone who gets mad and gives the stink eye because I have my ID and they expected me not to have it.

I love that they’re constantly bringing in new products and typically have one of the best selections of dry herb, 510 carts, edibles and accessories. I find their prices are generally really good and have gotten so much better over the past year. I used to purchase my cannabis through medical sites but found it’s less expensive to get my product at CannaCabana especially with more & more products being made available and they price match! I just wish there were a little more CBD balanced strains available.

I ordered two products online, one was supposed to be sativa 28.5% THC I got 19.32% and the other were pre-rolls at 20% THC and I got 15.23%. Beware of this store as they obviously have no problem 'misleading' (or ya know flat out lying or deceiving) their customers.

Store has had complete staff changes multiple times, so every experience will differ but all the good staff are long gone. Shop somewhere else.

Makes sense, the poor staff there are always over worked and have to put up with incompetent head office staff that’s why they have weird policies. If you have an issue take it up with HighTide the parents company.
They also get paid the least of any dispensary, so if you want to support a better company go literally anywhere else

Pay your store manager more than 19 dollars an hour.

Wasn’t very happy with the service at this location. Thursday April 8th (today) I came in 15 minutes before closing. I was reminded at least 3 times in the first few minutes of me being in there that they were closing shortly. I was obviously rushed and it wasn’t a welcoming environment at all. Will not be coming back.

Wonderful store and location. They have an amazing variety in there, plus too the staff are super kind and very knowledgeable. Definitely a good plus to go and get genuine recommendations on what strain or product will fit your need, and is a place you just gotta turn yourself into a repeat customer for.

Usually good service. But today not so much. 1 person on the floor, waited to even get "I'll be a sec. " 3 staff came in while I was waiting. So guess they have less staff in the afternoons.

This location is average as far as Dispensaries go. They have a decent selection for the average consumer, but in my opinion, there are way too many strains under 10-12% THC. No matter where I've been, the highest I have seen is usually 16-22% THC but most of the time it will be sold out or low in stock, which is disappointing if you're not a beginning smoker. In my opinion, it is a waste of time to have a strain that is low CBD and THC constantly in stock, because most people wouldn't use those strains if they knew how much better the higher percentages can be. I also wish their flowers weren't so dry. I have a problem with weed that looks and feels like dust in my hands. It has absolutely no moisture in it, and I feel like it takes away from the quality of the bud. You can literally grind 1 gram between your fingers and it will turn into crumbs. The weed from all dispensaries is like this though, so I can't be too bothered. All of that being said though, the staff are lovely and very helpful, and the location itself always looks clean and nice.

After visiting a large majority of the dispensaires in Edmonton, I can confidently say Canna Cabana offers the best service out there, especially for a new users. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly give their best to provide a smooth experience to purchasing cannabis, and other related products. 10/10

They sell out sometimes by Wednesday or Thursday but get restocked fridays. Helpful staff, seems like a large selection. It was very slow when first opened but now staff are faster.

Make sure you join the discount club, or at least say you did. They dont verify, just ask if you're a member.

100% always get what I want, the people there rock and know there stuff. It's never really crowded or a pain to get to. Honestly one of the best dispensaries in the city!
