11-26-2021 Revising my review to 4 stars after reading the managers response and visiting the store again. I have a lot of time for businesses who reply to constructive criticism with respect.

Purchased a 510 battery here on October 3rd. It was defective so I brought it back looking to exchange it for one that worked.

First the one I was originally given was not the one I paid for, turns out it was a cheaper, generic model. Ok, great. I'll get the right one now!

Nope, I was given the option of waiting for them to serve other customers and then verify their inventory or take another of the wrong ones.

I walked out with the wrong one.

Very disappointing customer service over an $8.00 battery. I definitely don't blame the nice lady that tried to help me. The management that doesn't empower their staff to make an $8.00 decision is to blame.

That said, they have good prices and selection. Thus 2/5 stars and I'm not likely to return. Good thing there are several other dispensaries within a 5 minute drive.

Zach and Teri are always beyond helpful. Im a very casual smoker and I am not very knowledgable when it comes to cannabis. Fortunately there are exemplary employees like Zach and Teri to guide me. So far their recommendations have been pretty spot on. I have never been made to feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience when visiting this location. My wife went in today and she has the same positive things to say.

The shop is excellent but the location is in a paved maze of the sorts maybe seek a blessing from a tunic wearing wise man prior diving into that location, many moons have passed and I do love this location

Was my very first legal dispensary and I loved it. Extremely knowledgeable budtenders. Love the fact that you can smell and see the products prior to purchase. Extremely clean and classy store. Alberta Cannabis prices are out to lunch

Clean store, friendly staff, and decent products. The only problems I have are that it can be difficult to reach them on the phone sometimes, and the cannabis I bought here was fairly dry.

Same selection as everyone else, friendly people and alright prices. I would go back simply for the people behind the counter.

So dry it turned to dust as I grabbed it it tasted bad and they guy working there convinced me to buy this other kind I should of stayed with what I had chosen but you would think they would sell you what they have of good stuff to bring customers back but nope glad they opening a different one down the road

The Apple Store of "Weed"

The store is very clean and has a nice modern look and layout, it also has snif testing station to sample the smell of the product before hand.

Staff is very friendly and informative. They really know their "stuff", and as a new light user they really went to the details explaining the pros and cons of each strand and help me select the best one for my budget and tolerance.

New Leaf is great but sells out fast and often. I recommend attending the store before the weekend, best wishes as they run out of stock fast. I don't think that should reflect their business though as I don't believe it is their fault as I feel it is a distribution issue out of their control with the recent legalization. So I won't allow that to effect my review.

They also carry a variety of accessories from pipes to bongs to vaporizers to grinders and more, so even when they may be out of stock they have a lot of cool accessories to purchase and browse. A lot of these products are new and intuitive products I've only heard of and seen there.

There hours are great for the busy individual they are open till 10 PM most days and 8PM on Sundays.

Stopped in to check it out. Unlike the other stores in Edmonton they actually have a selection not just one strain.but the prices are absolutely absurd for most strains you're going to be paying between 50 and $60 an eighth. I only bought one jar and his very very dry and smells like cleaner.definitely will not be going back. I would drive to Kamloops bccannabis store before I wasted my money going to one of these ones again. If you live in Edmonton I would stick to your usual source

Great staff very friendly and helpful but the smoke is garbage prices are decent but I would not waste more money if u like good smoke I suggest ur local dealer lol

I went in on stock day and wasnt dissapointed all the weed was still a bit sticky. Not as sticky as i would "usually" get mine but i was not dissapointed. $30 for a 3.5 of purple chitral

This place has horrible parking, it’s a tiny parking lot surrounded by other popular businesses. I had to loop around the parking lot 4 times until someone pulled out and I was able to park. Not the businesses fault but still. I went here 3 times and each time they were very low on supply for pretty much everything. People were friendly, however I don’t really like their method.

You purchase the item, and they give you a ticket. Then you stand around with a bunch of other people until they call your number. Never been to a shop like this before. At all the other shops, you order what you want, they open their cabinet and just give it you you. Either they are just abnormally slow or they want you to spend some awkward time standing around with other people, to the point where you just pretend to be looking that their overpriced bongs/pipes (all these shop are way over priced on these items) in hopes you buy something.

Weigh what they give you guarantee it weighs less than it is supposed to be.

Nice to have a place just down tge road. I only seem to go in on Saturday afternoons. While busy they get you in and out fast. Now if only they could keep more than 1 type of flower instock they would have got 5 stars

Staff is friendly and helpful but the product is trash. As typical for most places you pay premium prices for not premium weed. You can get Leaf in the 20% range if you show up the day they get it in, otherwise you're going to get sub 15% and pay damn near fifty bucks for three grams. They always have a supply of overpriced oils. I don't really think it's New Leaf I think it's the broken legalization process. Went there last night and they couldn't even sell me anything they are having technical issues.

Quick and courteous service. The only problem is one beyond thier control, the supply shortage causes stock to be limited.

If you want to waste your money on dry weed this is the place to go. What a waste of money I'll never purchase anything from here again. Wish I could give this place no stars. Pathetic.

I would have given no stars if that was an option. Was “helped” by some dude named Glenn this guy knows nothing! He was so rude and condescending. He was pushy and arrogant when trying to sell me bud. I don’t think the idiot knows anything about weed at all. He needs to never help customers again I won’t be back there that’s for sure. Worst sales experience of my life

They never answer the phone, and never have any flower product. What’s the point of being a store if we can’t phone you and you never have anything for sale?

Great staff. Very willing to share their expertise and experience with various products. An overall stellar experience. The only thing that sucks is the parking in the area, which is not their fault.

I feel sorry for the Store owners of these types of stores, to finally get a license, then to be promised ample supply from the government and having them s_ _ t the bed with false promises. We came here and they only had one lousy strain, very disappointing.

I thought I would call ahead because the last time I visited this store they didn't have much of a selection. The girl I spoke with told me she couldn't tell me what they had, just that the had a few strains. Like what? You do realize marijuana is legal now, if you call Nova Cannabis they will tell you what they have available. Also Nova has a website that tells you what product they have available. Why would I go here if I have no idea what they have available?

Its a nice little store with accomdating staff. Unfortunately, this store is mostly out of stock from the few times I've been in but then again most cannabis stores are. Probably go online until the supply issue is sorted out.

The people there are extremely nice. Beautiful and welcoming. I got me some of the 14.9%
It's extremely dry and has a very Faul taste.almost outdoors like. Also, it weighed only 3 grams and not 3.5 (bit of a bummer). High is ok.mellow and long.however, the bad taste is still lingering in my mouth.

I'd recommend for the experience and not for the product.

4 star for you guys behind the counter.
