Very rude, they don’t provide anything for you give you a time limit in the bathroom and if you can’t go to the bathroom give you a time limit then talk about you to there coworkers everyone here should lose there job and not be allowed in this type of work

This facility is extremely unprofessional! They discriminated against me, refuse to answer questions, refuse to provide their names, and were extremely rude and unfriendly!

I hate writing reviews but in this case I was totally unimpressed with this facility. Upon initial entry I felt like I was in a highly professional environment. Even when I was taken to the “pee” room I was still impressed with the professionalism. Then the exam started. That’s when I was both embarrassed by the collector of my sample and discredited. Upon giving my initial sample she opened the door and yelled down the hall for another college who then came in the room and both were smelling my urine and kept saying it has no odour. I’m sure the redness in my face was quite apparent at this point, that didn’t stop my “pee” collector from asking me to pee again because she didn’t like the colour of my sample nor did she like that it was “odourless”
Upon giving a second sample I was again discredited by her telling me that again she didn’t like the colour or the fact that it was odourless. Kept having to sign multiple data sheets and was kept there longer then needed.
Upon giving a third sample, which at this point I barely could fill the cup due to lack of fluid left in my body, I was again told she didn’t like the colour or the odourless smell.
I signed the paper work and was told my results would be in 24-72 hrs. It wasn’t until I got home and read the paper work that I discovered that she wrote my samples were unusable due to unusual colour and unusual odour.
I understand the unusual colour remark since she said it 3 separate times but I was quite taken back about the “unusual odour” comment since 3 times and by 2 different “pee” collectors I was told my urine had no smell at all.
I exercise a lot and drink a lot of H2O because I was told it helps with weight loss. Clearly the advice of my doctor means little to these collectors.
I hope I never have to experience this sort of blatant abuse concerning a urine sample again and if I am subjected to another test I hope they can conduct themselves in a more professional manner.
